Justin was very professional and had excellent communication. He took his time to diagnose and fix the issue. He also thoroughly explained everything about it and gave me a good idea of all of my options.

Proactive Plumbing hooked my toilet and refrigerator back up after floor installation. Justin was responsive to timing and concerns over the job with texts and phone calls and did a great job with no problems. I'd recommend them.

Through the years when we've had to call a plumber, we haven't had as positive of an experience as we did with Justin! His level of service and knowledge was A+. We had some bathroom flooring installed and needed a new toilet put in and the plumber we had scheduled was not willing to come after the appointment was delayed. It was Friday afternoon well after 3:00 and thankfully Justin said no problem. We will definitely use his services in the future!

Justin responded to a warranty service call for my leaky water heater. He quickly diagnosed the issue while dealing with my warranty company to obtain authorization for the work. He was friendly, honest and did a clean job. I will be using proactive plumbing in the future to install a sewer receptacle for my travel trailer.

Justin from Proactive Plumbing came out to help fix a leak in my kitchen sink pipes. He was able to quickly determine the issue and solve it. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Our water heater sprung a leak and Justin came out to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem in no time and had it totally fixed in less than an hour. He was super polite, professional, and gave a great explanation of what the problem was, what he thought should be done to fix it and what we could expect it to cost. I also really appreciated that we got a two hour window when we could expect someone to show up.

I met Justin through my Home Warranty program, he was sent out to my home to repair a clogged sink in one of my bathrooms. I decided to update my water valves in both bathrooms and kitchen. Justin was honest, up front very thorough. I have recommended him to our HOA of 32 homeowners. I do not hesitate to give this business a 5, it is so nice in today's world to find a business with high work ethics and that's what I found with Proactive Plumbing.

Justin was very willing to work with my warranty company even though they were difficult at times. Very good with communicating and timely throughout the entire waterheater repair. Highly recommend this company.

After many days of cold water and dealing with an extremely difficult home warranty company, we were lucky enough to be put in contact with Proactive Plumbing. Justin was EXTREMELY helpful and assisted us in navigating the difficult home warranty company. He was able to install a new water heater with very little notice and did a fantastic job. Very professional and a truly kind company, we will definitely use them for all of our future needs.

Justin called me before I was off the phone with my home warranty company. He is very nice, and runs a very ethical business. He was very thorough in his work and is extremely affordable. Justin returned all my calls in a timely manner. I needed something done quickly and he came out on a Saturday afternoon to install my new water heater. Justin was very professional and friendly. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through his process. I will absolutely be using him again. He also had a wonderful package deal for hot water heater flushes. I was very satisfied with the service I was provided.

Had "Elevated Plumbing" come out for an estimate while using a home warranty company. Snce they were so highly rates. Elevated claimed changes to the system (by the city) that never happened. They never even verified with them. Voiding my warranty coverage. Then giving me an estimate for over $4300 for a water heater.

I was forced to get a "second opinion". So we used Proactive Plumbing. I spoke with Justin. He was absolutely amazing. He went over the problem, verified the problem, verified with the city and went to bat for me with the insurance company! Even knowing it could cost him a lot of business referrals from the warrant company. Putting his integrity before profit. Absolutely went the extra mile amd EARNED a life customer. I asked for an estimate for the replacement cost. Guess what? Was less than half of the other company!!

If you are looking in our area for a plumbing company that is reasonably priced. Will put your best interest, before lining their pockets....... Call these guys.

Justin was so great during the whole process of needing our water heater replaced. He came out the same day to replace our water heater, explained everything and really made it easy for us. He did a fantastic job! 10/10 would recommend and will use for all our plumbing needs!

As soon as I spoke with home he put me at complete ease with regard to the situation we were facing.
He came to the house the day after Thanksgiving, this leak sprung up the day before Thanksgiving later in the evening.

Upon meeting us he told us his game plan and he was just so thorough and concise with his plan.
He already had an idea of what the issue may be and he ended up being exactly correct, which was a godsend for us being that it was the least expensive outcome. We have found our plumber for all future issues and remodels, we trust and like him a lot!
