Justin was great! Very proactive with communication and updating his timing. While the issue we have ended up being irrigation and not his wheelhouse, he was super helpful and offered great advice and suggestions. I would definitely recommend Justin and Proactive!

Justin is very professional and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing and is very helpful when an unexpected situation is discovered. He prevented further damage to our home as we had no idea the builder cut some corners during the build of our home causing leaks and other issues.

Justin installed our downstairs bathroom fixtures a couple of years back and did a great job. I loved his attitude and work ethic. He explained what and why he was doing what he was doing.
