I had a very positive experience with Tapson’s. Ryker was quick to answer questions/emails, his team was efficient with doing the job and cleaned up afterwards, the pricing was fair, and they were on time, professional, and courteous. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Last week I watched Chris & Ryker trim up numerous trees in my neighbors backyard. I was truly impressed with their climbing methods without using foot spikes which are extremely harmful to the health of trees. I was in dire need of some experts to take out some very massive limbs in my two 80' tall Red River Birch trees which I have trimmed myself for the past 20 years. After completing my neighbors yard, they came over and reviewed what I needed done, gave me an estimate and scheduled for this week.

These guys arrived yesterday on time and immediately got to work on my project. I was extremely concerned about a very fragile Japanese Maple tree next to my house that was located directly below the first 80' vertical limb being removed. It took 7 different cuts which they threaded the needle on and dropped in place while falling within 6 inches of the Maple. I was blown away at how precise they were! They completed all I asked for and more in a very safe, clean and professional manner. Tapson's Tree Service will be my go to folks forever and I'll highly recommend to others!

Ryker & Chris came out today to provide an estimate on a tree cut down on my property. Their price was more than fair and we chose to have them do it. From the start of the process to the finish they made us feel comfortable and assured the whole time. We had a big tree that was leaning over a fence and they did an absolutely amazing job removing it. These two are professionals and get the job done no matter what. I am so appreciative and thankful we found them. Anyone looking for any type of tree service should look no further. These guys are top notch!!

Besides being prompt, honest, fair with pricing, blah blah blah, these guys worked super efficiently and were very mindful of their surroundings while they tackled the complicated situations I had in my backyard. I'm talkin' huge old trees with limbs breaking off, looming over fences I share with neighbors, over my roof, narrow access to the backyard etc.
My yard is now super cleaned up and the once hazardous trees are much more manageable. On top of that, their back office is in order with paperwork: clear electronic proposal with electronic quote, email reminders day before service, billing, everything. Ryker, Chris and Dalton were out at our property last week and we couldn't be happier with all of the work performed and how it was done. From the original trip out to check out the property to the day the work was done; the team is professional, incredible at what they do and just a pleasure to work with. They helped us trim up and tend to our two very large blaze maples that had at least a few years of neglect. After they were done, even my neighbor mentioned that he could see a difference and that everything looked great. That's from across the street. It looks even better standing underneath them now.
I'd echo all of the other positive comments below; their expertise and work ethic is top notch. From identifying the trees and understanding their growth patterns and health issues to recommending upkeep and giving suggestions on what next plans would be depending on what you want for your space; they have it all down. I recently had some huge trees cut down and some pruned back by this company. They have experienced tree climbers/cutters and are very professional with great prices compared to the competition out there. I had 4 total estimates done by 4 tree services and Tapson's was a few hundred lower than the others and they made it convenient to do business with as I have health issues along with being crippled.

I hired Tapson's Tree service to come and remove several trees and trim my very old Maple trees. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. My trees were not easy to do, and they had it done quickly and my yard looked great after they left!

The team showed up on time with all of the right equipment and safety gear to do the work. The work was tricky, the tree hung over a fence and my covered patio. They did a great job!

After entertaining several bids, my wife and I decided to go with Tapson’s Tree Service because they had safety as their first priority and a highly competitive bid. They showed up on time, finished early and even stuck around afterward to help us clean the surrounding area even though it was a part of the deal. We will absolutely be contacting them again next time!

Ryker and Chris are awesome at what they do! I had to have 2 trees and a very large branch that was hanging dangerously close to my house removed. They showed up early and didn't leave tell they where done. They cleaned up the area and made it look fabulous when they left. Chris has been falling trees for close to 20 years and you can tell he really knows what he's doing. They where both very professional and polite! I will be doing business with them in the future as they were very well priced!!

Ryker and Chris from Tapson’s came over about an hour after I first called them so they could survey the work to be done and give us an accurate estimate. They got back to us with an estimate that included breakdown of costs which we appreciated. Ryker and Chris got started around 9 one recent morning. They removed/trimmed several trees in our backyard and trimmed a honey locust In the front. They did a beautiful job - our yard is cleaner than they found it! They cleaned up a bunch of yard debris and put it in the chipper along with the trees/limbs they removed. We’ll be using it for mulch soon. We found Ryker and Chris to be professional, conscientious, knowledgeable and informative. We will definitely have them back!

We would highly recommend Tapson’s Tree Service. We got three bids to remove a very large tree in our backyard, and their bid was very reasonable and fair. We were most impressed, however, with their professionalism and responsiveness, and focus on doing the job safely and completely. They even cleaned up the area afterward which was much appreciated. We will definitely use them again!

I contacted Tapson's about an overgrown hedge that had started to obstruct the sidewalk in front of our house. Ryker came out same day and provided an estimate as well as information/education regarding the hedge. Our estimate was done that night with fair pricing and less than a week later, the job was completed. I know I'll definitely use their services in the future and highly recommend this business!

They responded quickly to my request for a cost estimate for tree trimming. They were available quickly to do the work. I felt they had reasonable costs, hard workers, they did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them use ropes to climb up in the very tall trees, trim off necessary branches, and carefully lower the trimmings by ropes so they didn't hit the fence or anything else. This is very physical labor and you really need to know what you are doing for safety. I am so glad they were able to do my project so well and efficiently.

Riker and his team worked on a variety of our trees at our Boise residence we had both tree removal and tree pruning. The work was done efficiently and very professionally. They also cleaned up very well and left out property better than it was before they did their work. I highly recommend Tapson Tree service.

My strictly indoor cat slipped out, panicked, and climbed a tree. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get her to come down. Tapsons tried to assist that evening, but it got too dark, so they had to come back the next day. The next day, the 2 man team worked tirelessly for 2 hours to get my skittish cat out of the tree and back safely inside. They were very professional and kind, and absolutely worth every penny. Based on the way they handled my cat who resisted the rescue, I just know that any tree job would be a breeze for this company. I can’t recommend them enough, they are an excellent company.

I was so impressed with Ryker and Chris: their professionalism, knowledge, focus, skill, expertise, caution, work ethic, site management and safety! They took on a spruce that had come to the end of its life, after standing proud for over 120 years. Hated to see it finally have to come down, but glad Ryker and Chris were the ones to do it safely, efficiently, and they left the site clean. I will definitely have them back in the fall for maintenance on my other trees. Their bid was very competitive, they are hard workers, but methodical and safe. Ryker even helped out a neighbor whose own tree-felling skills landed a tree through my fence! He stepped right in and cleaned up the neighbor's error. I highly recommend them!!!
