Called 3 times and always told that someone will call me back but no one ever does. Don't know if this place is legit or still in business, but other places got back to me within 24 hours and i've called Tapson's 3 times in two weeks and never hear back.

Tapson's arrived at 8:00 like they said and worked quickly in getting the work done in one day (they finished by 2:00). They were professional and obviously know the trade. I will use them again when needed.

I had a giant limb from an ash tree land on my garage in the middle of the night. I emailed them and they were here the first thing the next morning. They ended up have to remove the whole tree. They did a wonderful job. they cleaned up after themselves, were courteous. I would call them again

Wow !! Serious biz here. I called to get an estimate and Tapsons came right over. Did a property walk around and not only informed me of each tree and conditions, but also highlighted safety factors, life of tree, how to care for it. You name it, these dudes rock ! Gave me a solid honest price right then and there which was awesome , and I was sold. They showed up and handled trees really smoothly and fast. It was actually really cool for myself and kids to watch these guys pull off some serious nail biting cuts. The whole neighborhood got in on the show. 1 of the trees was about 70' tall against the house. Cleaned up perfectly and bam, job done. Thanks guys, I'll call ya for next round of haymakers.

Tapson's tree service did a lot of the leg work for us regarding the permit for tree removal and landscape planning and of course tree removal. It was nice to know they would take care of us so well. Thank you Ryker and Chris!

One of the best Crews we've had work for us! Ryker was here with in two hours of us calling to Assess the severity of the problem and had his crew here the very next morning on time! **Note there was a foot of snow on the ground**

These young men were professional, efficient, and polite. They took their time explaining what needed to be done and were very reasonably priced. The work and clean up after the job left my yard looking like a park setting. My neighbor hired them to work in her yard and I highly recommend them.

They charged me 25% over their estimate. There were no tree surprises, but the crew was admittedly sent out without a foreman and the owner had to come out and trim the trees. I wouldn't use them again for any reason. I gave them two stars because the owner did a decent job on my apple tree.

I am not here to rate poorly because of some petty thing. I am rating 0 stars so someone else doesnt have to spend $ on a second
"professional" tree trimmer like i am doing 5
days after Tapson hacked his way through my 4 trees. The pictures show what he left and how he hacked! If you want a tree removed I dont think I would want reckless in that regard either, but if you want a professional trimmer (or removal) this is NOT the company to call based on all those past 5 stars. I will post a 5 star on a true professional later after this is all repaired and correctly trimmed. I hope this saves one or many from losing money and having to try and repair some bad trimming. Sincerely
disappointed as it shows they do not care about repeat business any longer. I truly hate rating BAD to anyone, this is my first bad rating in 70 years so it matters to me! I just found out on of the trees is so severely sick and damaged it needs removal as is close to breaks coming down on my home and fence :( saddening!!!

Ryker and his team did an outstanding job taking down a tree and grinding several stumps in my yard. They were prompt and worked safely and efficiently. They removed and cleaned up all the debris. If it wasn't for the missing tree, I couldn't tell anyone was there. I would highly recommend their services.

The wind storm blew down our 35 ft spruce tree. It was caught by our neighbor’s tree, but threatening to fall on the garage. I called Tapson’s Tree Service and they came out within 45 minutes. They worked very methodically to untangle our tree from the neighbor’s, trying to do as little damage as possible and also protect the fence. The team worked really well together and talked through the best way to deal with issues. We were very pleased with their work and clean up.
