Professional from the first email/phone call to the final walk-through! We were overly joyed to find a company who actually did what they said they would do! The job was big, encompassing two properties plus an add on neighbor with multiple tasks to be completed for all 3 residence. Large, mature trees removed, stripping ivy from trees, massive stumps removed, fruit trees trimmed, canopy’s of several giant pine tree lifted, property trims, clearance cuts and more. With over 30 trees to be addressed and multiple days of work the crews were extremely hard working, efficient, cohesive and pleasant to be around. Their experience and expertise as arborist was abundantly noticeable.

Had three maples trimmed/pruned/cleaned up by Done-Rite and very pleased with their work! Korey did the initial estimate and was very professional. There were some very minor hiccups in confirming our estimate and hearing back on our schedule with the office staff, but I'm very glad we stuck with Done-Rite. The time window for the actual job is the whole day, which I totally understand with that kind of work. They were able to schedule the work on a day where I could easily be home. The crew showed up and they did a great job! They were efficient but took their time, hard workers, and did a good clean up job! They did a much better job than I could ever do, completed the work in under 2 hours, and I would have spent a whole weekend and a lot of trips to the dump trying to do what they did. Will definitely keep Done-Rite on the top of the list for future tree work. Thanks!

I had two large trees in my yard that needed several large branches removed. A couple of these were 12' or more in diameter. Done-Rite was recommended to me. Their representative came out quickly, and gave me an estimate that I thought was very fair. Yesterday their crew came out, and was very professional and hard-working. Their clean up was extraordinary! One would never have known from looking at the ground underneath that these huge limbs had been removed.

We had a 70 foot plus Box Elder tree with multiple trunks measuring at around 4 foot in diameter each. Half of the tree had fallen in our yard and neighbors yard that needed removed quickly. Kory and his team quickly got us a quote and stuck to that quote for the entire tree removal ( Which was a monumental task requiring a crane). They were on time, professional, and very quick to make sure we were scheduled as quickly as possible. Even though it took the entire day to remove they made quick work of it. There is excellent communication between you and Done Rite through the entire process. They delivered on every level and exceeded our expectations. When they cleaned up at the end of the day it was like they had never been there. Everything had been replaced if it had been moved and there was zero clean up left for us. I would absolutely recommend Done Rite for any of your tree needs. I will only use them from this point forward. Job well done!

The Arborist crew at Done-Rite Tree company removed 2 monstrous bushes in our yard with incredible skill, cautionary measures and speed. They asked our utility companies to mark locations of their cables and lines ahead of time and were careful not to damage our sprinkler system during the operation. They were highly personable, expert at what they were doing, and cognizant of our need to grind and remove the roots so we can plant other trees in their places. But their office manager went beyond the call of duty and provided us with detailed instructions, a month ahead of time, on how to care for the new Japanese Maple tree we had bought to replace one of our bushes with that was still in its pot! We are grateful for their excellent and personable service.
