Done-Rite removed a very large silver maple from a tight spot in our backyard. The entire crew was highly skilled and hard working.. We watched the show from across the street. Wow. These guys are impressive. They make a difficult and potentially dangerous job look like fun. I highly recommend if you have a difficult tree removal.

We had part of a large Willow fall into our neighbor's pasture during a wind storm. We called several tree services and Done Rite was the only one who called us back. They came out the next day and removed the fallen tree from the neighbor's pasture. They did a remarkable clean up job. Two weeks later we had them come back and remove two large trees along with removing the stumps. They came when they said they would, they were very skilled, friendly, courteous and entertaining! Once again the cleanup was remarkable and stumps are gone. They have all the tools of the trade. They make quite a statement with all their large equipment!

Done Rite did a good job in removing one of my trees, however they damaged the back flow device of my sprinkler system in the area near the removed tree. I contacted Tina (an employee) and stated the problem. She said I would receive a check for the amount of damaged device. I sent her the invoice for the back flow replacement, but never received payment. After several attempts to reach her, I finally received a call from the owner, Gary, he stated that they did not damage the device. I have the damaged device to prove my claim. No one from Done Rite every came to look at the damage. When Gary called his message was "We did not damage the device and have a good day" then he hung up. He was very rude and certainly unprofessional in handling the problem. I would not recommend this company based on their overall performance.

Wow! What a fabulous job Done-Rite did with our trees today. They removed a dying honey locust, ground the stump and left my lawn, the street and the surrounding flower beds SPOTLESS! You can't tell there was ever a tree there! They pruned 8 other trees on our property, and left the surrounding areas better than when they arrived! Even cut and stacked the wood for fire wood! I would strongly recommend this company!

this company was the most professional outfit I have ever dealt with. From the tree removal crew to the root and stump grinding crew , everyone knew their jobs AND DID IT! I recommend this company to ANYONE looking for a great job at a very reasonable price. I will use no one else!

Absolutely the best service. They wasted no time in taking down the three trees that we asked them to do. They had a large crew with all the equipment to do the job properly. I've dealt with other companies, and this is by far the best. Reasonable cost, did a great job in cleaning up the yard with the residue when they were finished. A+ service!!

I wanted to make sure to write how much I appreciate Done-Rite Tree Co.
I had to have a tree removed, and they quoted me half of what other companies wanted to charge me. When I needed a tree trimmed, again they were the lowest bidder, and did such an excellent job. The crew came when they said they would, they did an excellent job on my tree. My son commented on how HAPPY the tree looked once all trimmed. They cleaned up everything, and even hung up my bird feeders on new branches. I will always make Done-Rite Tree Company, MY local tree experts. Thanks Ü

The arborist clearly explained what needed to be done and what we could safely keep an eye on for a bit. The crew shaped and thinned multiple overgrown and over planted trees growing against the houses or fencing and removed one diseased evergreen. Their Suggestions for future services were in MY best interest; they’re not pushing for extra or expensive services. They even accommodated our request to leave squirrel areas alone and not disturb visiting mallards. They were respectful of us, our tenants, and the neighbors. They even accommodated the HOA regulations. Clean up was thorough and efficient. I recommend them highly. It may take a while to get on their schedule, but it’s well worth it.

Done Rite and the guys do an amazing job. Quality work, great communication, knowledgeable, and all at great rates. I am a contractor and have used this company many times with many satisfied customers. We do and will continue to recommend Done Rite to all of our customers. Extremely professional crew and superior cleanup! When we moved to a property in an old neighborhood, we had huge branches threatening the house, a tree that hangs over our neighbors' pool, the list goes on. From the first point of contact with Done Rite, I could tell we were in good hands. We experienced a prompt first visit from a knowledgeable expert who listened and was clearly passionate about the tree species on our property. My husband and I immediately trusted his thoughts on what needed to be done to keep them as healthy as possible. The estimate was clear and reasonable. A few days later, a very skilled crew of four arrived with smiles and an impressive fleet of equipment. They were extremely careful, respectful, and moved quick! At the end of the day, our property looked amazing--it was as if they had magically erased the problem trees and brought out the beauty of the ones that were overgrown. After a whirlwind of activity, the pathways and driveway were immaculate. We saw true passion, enjoyment, and pride in their work. We will call them again!

UPDATE: Since the original review, the owner came out to inspect the job and again today to complete the job as it should have been done the first time. It is night and day different to the first time they came out almost a year ago, and it now looks as I expected it would have the first time. Had the job been completed as it was today the first time, I would have given them a 5 star review. I am leaving it at 4 stars only because it was not done correctly the first time. I would hire them again in the future. The crew that came out today had a completely different energy and feel to them than last time (even though at least a few of them were the same).

Original: I cannot get a call back to have them back to correct the job they did. They did not complete the service as bid. The crew showed up without the correct equipment and both borrowed my ladder AND stood on a very old fence which has been almost falling now ever since. This service was performed prior to leaves budding this year and the agreement stated they would come back for anything they missed and I cannot get a call back. There are many small dead branches still on both front trees, they did not meet clearance for the city trash trucks, and the fence line cut was not completed as such in the back. On top of that, the crew thought they left a leaf blower in my yard (they did not). They called to ask about it, I checked and it was not here which I stated. Later I ran an errand and apparently they came back looking anyway. They were trying to climb over my locked fences, looked in the front windows of the house, and tried to come in the front door. My teenage boys were home alone and this scared them terribly. My neighbor confirmed watching this all happen from across the street at his house. COMPLETELY dissatisfied and would NEVER recommend this service. STILL waiting for a call back and this to be corrected or I would not be writing this review.

We had 9 massive trees in our backyard. Pretty tight spot to get trees out of. They brought in a crane and had them out in one day without breaking anything or tearing up the yard. They did a good job cleaning up too. These guys are solid, I'd hire them again.

We had Done Rite remove 3 huge 100-year old trees at our ranch in Eagle. Watching the team work was incredible! From the talented man in the basket to the guy driving the small grabbing machine to the guys running to support them it was so organized and well-orchestrated. They cleaned up as they went and the entire experience was perfect. Although the trees looked healthy they were totally rotten in the trunks as determined by the experts. Thanks for the great job! We would definitely recommend the Done Rite team!

A yr ago, I began interviewing tree companies to replace 20 dying trees planted incorrectly by a landscape company. Upon initial visit, they "talked the talk" and claimed to plant caged and burlap trees correctly, unlike almost all of the other companies I spoke to. However, once the planting crew was on site with the trees, they began planting INCORRECTLY just like every other lazy company in the Treasure Valley.(Do an internet search for the proper way to plant a tree and you'll see NONE of them do it this way) After the first tree got planted their incorrect way, I insisted the rest be done as I had originally agreed to with the owner. They did so with an attitude. Within a month of planting, the first tree was dead and they are refusing to warranty the tree. I really wanted to be able to give this company a good review but I cannot. Over the last yr, I have dealt with poor communication, dropped balls, and a general lack of follow-through. I do not recommend this company.

I spent $2200 yesterday to have a 70 ft tree removed and another two large trees trimmed. I work hard to make ends meet and this was a huge investment of hard earned money for me. I don't think I have ever felt so good about spending that much money! I got a lot of bids, and had another company tell me that they could not do the work and make money for Done Rite's price. When I discussed this with Done Rite's owner, he explained that Done Rite is more efficient due to their machinery and very experienced employees. They did an absolutely STELLAR job safely removing the huge tree coming over top of my house with a crane. They took extra time to cut the tree into small sizes that I requested, and even left me some firewood from another job they were doing yesterday. The clean up was fantastic, leaving my yard looking better than when they started! I believe that you can do no better than to hire this excellent company.

We had a huge Silver Maple in our front yard that girdled and needed to be removed, along with a 30+ year old Lilac that had morphed into a tree over time and lastly a massive Apple tree that was in great need of shaping and pruning. From the first contact the professionalism of the Done-Rite team was wonderful! The Silver Maple was a challenge as it had grown around some landscape blocks, the stumping of it was herculean and the stump team was fantastic, the two gentlemen that performed the task did so with such professionalism and expertise. Their attention to detail and ensuring that they left the site free of debris as well as any misc. debris that may have blown into our neighbor's yard was removed was terrific. The team members that brought the trees down did a fabulous job, ensuring the safety of their team and respecting the property. They too cleared up and debris, as if no tree existed! Our Apple tree appears to be very happy with its cut and we are delighted with it. We would highly recommend Done-Rite Tree Co. Inc., we've had the honor of working with them on three occasions and they've always delivered!

We had 2 large trees removed from our property and had both stumps ground down. I cannot say enough great things about Kory and his whole team including Deanna in the office!! Not only were they professional, they were fast, friendly, hardworking and came when they said... they were also very reasonably priced and thoughtful about the neighborhood. They made sure we had a spot to plant a new tree set up and were careful of the power lines that ran directly under one stump! I would recommend these guys to anyone and never use a different company.Thank you guys for your hard work and making this a good experience for us!

Done-Rite's crew came out and went above and beyond for our sick trees. I was very impressed with how they took the time, while working, to tell me about what they were doing and to answer any questions I might have. Every cut was a clean cut. They cleaned up after the job was done and even went the extra mile on that. Very fair pricing and overall a great experience. I will be using them again!

I can't say enough about Done-Rite Tree Co, Inc. and their employee's. They cut down a large Ash tree, cut the trunk and large limbs into firewood size sections, as well as two stump grindings. Very reasonable pricing. The employees were friendly, and went the extra mile to complete the job and clean up. Their dispatch kept me informed at all times. A great service experience!

Kevin and Aaron and Chris worked all morning at my place. They had to remove a storm damaged very tall pine tree, dig out the stump and grind it up. Several other trees needed pruning and trimming and tying up. They did a delicate pruning job on our 40 year old magnolia whose branches were elegantly entangled. They worked non stop in today's 90 degree heat. They did an awesome job of cleaning up and checked with me that everything was done as I wanted. Done Rite Tree Co. did a wonderful job for me and I will most certainly use them again.

This is my second time using Done-Rite. They are extremely communicative via email, excellent at coordination, efficient with tree removal and clean up their job. Watching their crew take down our tree was a masterpiece. Would not hesitate to use them in the future.
