Michelle and her entire crew are amazing! The are on top of it and get our repairs on their schedule fast and they have quality work!

They did a decent job but customer service skills sub par. Not too respectful of our home. They left a mess and not that its a big deal but after they went on lunch they came right in without knocking. We have dogs that are not friendly to people who just walk in our home and we could have had them out. Anyways, one of the workers was very dismissive and what seemed like an attitude towards me after i was trying to communicate what was going on and to make sure i wasn't going to be in there way. Offered water a few times, offered help if i could hear them struggling. They, what felt like, rushed the texturing on the walls and it was definitely not even all the way across where they were repainting and fixing what they cut out.

An amazing cleaning experience gave me the clean house I was looking for. The service was quick and well deserved for the price. The team worked well and no complaints were created. I would hire this company time and time again.

Michelle and her team were very professional and did a great job. I really appreciated that Michelle was so willing to work with a tight timeframe for the cleaning and was able to get me scheduled last minute to meet a tenant move-in.

I had an unfortunate experience during a move out clean. There was a list left by my landlord that was left for the cleaners and several rooms were left untouched. In addition blinds were broken, and a deep groove was left in the wood floors from moving the oven out. I called the owner and she seemed flustered and annoyed. Total was $450 1500 square foot townhouse, I even tipped the cleaners $150.
My landlord ended up emailing the owner Michelle and cc’ed me on the communication to help remedy the situation. Thank goodness she did otherwise I don’t think a second clean out was going to happen.
The house was cleaned the second time around that satisfied my move out. I would not work with them again

The initial call and estimate process for a one time deep clean of my parents house was professional and helpful. The estimate was less or in line with others.
My very particular mom did not feel that they did a very complete job. While the blinds and kitchen were cleaned, she had to clean one of her bathrooms and her hardwood floors after they left.
My main concern is that I provided a card to book the cleaning, which they charged after the cleaning without my knowledge or sending me an invoice or receipt. An estimate is NOT the same as an invoice or receipt and a credit card should not be charged without the owner's consent to the charging amount.

I have used Infinite for cleaning, maintenance and home renovations. Working with Will and Michelle and their team is always a joy. I highly recommend Will, Michelle and their amazing team.

I have used Infinite Maintenance Solutions for MANY home improvements and they are wonderful. From the office staff to the crew that comes to do the project, they are exceptional. I honestly don't think there isn't anything they can't do. And if they can't, they will suggest someone who can. Their pricing is fair and the work is top quality. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been with Infinite Maintenance as a customer for over 10 years. Always satisfied with their home improvement and cleaning services. Recently I had a new express cleaning done. Very satisfied. The cleaners were very courteous and professional. They did a very good job and I am a very fussy person so that says a lot. Good folks 👍

I have nothing but positive to say about Infinite Cleaning! I met the owners, Will and Michelle through a networking group. They had nothing but high reviews from everybody that used them. I decided to try them out because I was seriously wanting a house cleaner! I have never made a better decision! They are timely, thorough and honest. I sometimes wonder why I am paying somebody to clean my house and then I come home and am soooooo happy with the results. I feel like my house is a hotel when I come home after room service! This company operates with integrity and class. They call me to remind me they are coming, follow up after the visit and CARE about what I have to say! A+ Service, period!!!!!

Michelle and her team are incredibly professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make my home look like brand new each time they come!! It is the best feeling coming home to a spotless home and trusting them completely in my home! Whenever I have needed to call to reschedule or something their customer service is the best!! They bend over backwards to work around my scheduling needs and are happy to help. Highly recommend them!

We had asked this company to do a partial cleaning (less than half) of our house to see if we would want to use them for recurring whole house cleaning. The 3-person crew showed on time and immediately started work. They finished and were gone in less than 90 minutes.

When we examined their work we found hairs on the bath floor, noticeable dust on window sills, the shower appeared wet but no cleaner than before their visit. The hardwood floor in our living room had not been vacuumed.

The estimate we received before the start of work stated a cost of $140 requiring a $70 deposit. The body of the estimate stated that the estimate was $120 to $160. It also stated that if the work was greater than anticipated, the client would be told before the estimate was exceeded.

The billing invoice we later received was for $160 with a $90 payment due, which we paid. During the cleaning work, none of the workers told us that there was more work to be done than anticipated, or that we would be charged more than $140. Since the cleaning crew were here for less than 90 minutes, it would appear that this company's business practice is to quote a range of prices, and then send out an invoice for the high end of the quoted range. Buyer beware.

I hired this company to do a move out clean when I sold my house. After the job was completed, I inspected their work. The house was absolutely spotless! They thoroughly cleaned all shelves and drawers inside the refrigerator, the shelves and walls of the pantry, everything was perfect! The hardwood floors gleamed and I could find absolutely nothing that had been overlooked by the cleaning crew. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! If you want a cleaning job done right, call Infinite Maintenance and Cleaning.

Great company! Came and left highly recommended! They cleaned my roof gutters. They showed up when they were supposed to and did a good job at a reasonable price. I'll call them first next time!

Michelle and the team are excellent. They have been cleaning our offices for the last couple of years; they wipe everything down, vacuum, empty trash, and leave everything looking perfect! They usually come in the early morning, so we don't always get to say hello, but the team is great, and we appreciate all they do.

The office always picks up the phone when we call. Responses by email are always with-in an hour or two during business. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help with questions or maintenance and cleaning issue. This is why Infinite Maintenance and Cleaning is my preferred cleaning and maintenance company..

I have been using Infinite Maintenance and Cleaning for 5 years now and they have been AMAZING to work with!!! All of their staff are friendly, hard working, and experienced! Michelle and Will are fantastic and if I ever have any issues, they are quick to respond and resolve any issues! They are also very affordable for my clients, which has made my clients very happy! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I recommend using them from cleaning to major remodel projects!
