Jenna & her team are wonderful! Jenna was super responsive with scheduling our initial consultation. She was able to fit us in quickly. She was training someone during our first cleaning, and I heard her explaining cleaning techniques and details to look out for so thoroughly. Our house looked amazing and smelled so clean afterwards! They spent extra time cleaning up the new construction dust. And they were so friendly.

We've been using Favorite Day Maid for over a year now, and although there has been some turnover, every person who has cleaned for us has been excellent. On time, friendly, and thorough.

Prices are comparable to other local services, or even a bit better.

Jenna is a hardworking business owner. She not only runs her amazing business but rolls up her sleeves and gets down with the rest of her team. She is friendly, fast, and fabulous... she is family! She often holds training with her team to ensure excellence for the client and if there should ever be something not quit right, she immediately has it corrected without question. Huge shout out to Kendra... she's my girl....I have never seen such great detail in a professional as I have seen with Kendra. She goes above and beyond any expectation. We love her and the Favorite Day Maids family.

Jenna and all of her employees at Favorite Day Maid have been wonderful to work with. They are very professional and prompt which is important as we have a very busy schedule, as most people do nowadays. They are so thorough and make sure to do things the way you want it done. And if for some reason it’s not to your standards they will fix it immediately. I really appreciate their attention to detail! Our first experience with Favorite Day Maid was pretty good..... some issues need to be addressed to clean to our specifications and all will be good.

Ms. Jenna displayed great customer service as we setup my account. The young lady that did the cleaning did a great job as well. She just needs to work within the hours given for the money paid. Their prices are very reasonable. Not a perfect score because there is always room to improve.

Absolutely loved our experience with them this month! We had paused our service for about 6 months and they got right in and did an amazing job! I love walking into the house after they've been there! The attention to detail is amazing and they are all so friendly!

The cleaning by Jenna and her assistant was amazing - very thorough. They were also very personable and I was comfortable having them in our home.

The reason I gave them 2 stars is re: price. I was quoted $325, after sharing BR, BA, and sq ft of our home, that we have pets, new build, etc.

After they left I was told that it would be $487.50. I was shocked and said I would not pay above my white (this was >$150 more — that is a big swing!)

I appreciate that we compromised n a price close to my quote, but feel the quote was almost useless.

Sharing so others can be aware and know that there may be a large price difference from the initial quote.

Favorite Day Maid came and performed a Deep Clean on our Office and did an amazing job. The place hadn't had a thorough cleaning in ages and it looks like we did when we moved in. Very happy with the service.

Jenna and her team are INCREDIBLE! I recently used them on a property that I was preparing for sale and they showed up and got so much in the few hours they were there, I couldn't believe it! They were so easy to communicate with, had the best attitudes and squeezed me for an appointment when I was in a tight spot scheduling wise. I will forever use them for all my future cleanings for my real estate business. Hand down- BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Sparkle does every time. Tori and Diz came yesterday and once again made the house "sparkle". If I do have a concern, the gals are so very accommodating (and with a smile)!
