Do NOT recommend. Summer Lawns is contracted through my neighborhood HOA. Not only is the quality of work mediocre at best but they are completely careless with their work. They have completely mowed over the wiring of my outdoor ac unit making it inoperable. I reached out to the company with photos to resolve the issue and have been completely blown off. Furious about paying for an expensive repair because of the negligence of this lawn company.

I highly recommend Summer Lawns for all of your lawn care needs. I have been using them for 5+ years on our .15 acre yard. My yard is weed free, bug free, and always healthy and green. In fact, my yard has been so healthy due to their excellent care I have asked them to skip some of their regular applications as the grass is growing so well sometimes I have to mow two times a week!

Summer Lawns maintained the Sleepy Hollow Subdivision for over 5 years. During that time the crews were always dependable, professional and hard working. Every Wednesday homeowners knew that our lawns would be cut, common areas maintained, and driveways/patios blown free of any grass or leaves. I would highly recommend Summer Lawns.

We just switched to Summer Lawns this year, as we have never really been 100% satisfied with the results from others in years past. Summer Lawns have exceeded our expectations with everything! Their service, their communication, their follow up, professionalism, knowledge and most importantly the results we have gotten from them. My husband and I have been extremely happy and are definitely pleased with everything. At this point and time (and the season is almost over), there is nothing I could complain about. We definitely recommend Summer Lawns.

Summer Lawns is incredible! I had the worst lawn ever! I had tried fertilizers, over seeding and aerating. Still, my lawn was very brown, very patchy and very full of weeds.

They have kill the grass in our common area the last three years. Twice during fall clean up, and once by burning the grass off with fertilizer. This was lush green grass before they left the leaves sit on it for six weeks, and then drove their mowers over leaving ruts in the mud

Edit: So your response is, it’s appropriate to create mud holes in HOA property and then drive equipment through the mud leaving ruts in the grass? Large clumps of wet moldy leaves remain on the grass. But that’s fine. Nevermind the mud holes isn’t the top of the slope. If my HOA was worth a wooden nickel, they would have fired you long ago.

WOW. I cannot say enough about the team at Summer Lawns. We did a full landscape removal, tree removals, sprinkler system, re-sod and the team was amazing. Joel- their supervisor was AMAZING. We purchased our home and knew that we had to change the landscaping and they exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend summer lawns!!! Ill attach a before and after of the front lawn.. Hopefully he will arrive to your job without killing someone on the road. He was driving erratically on State Street today while pulling a trailer. Cut over into my lane diagonally as there was not enough room to change lanes properly. I had to slam on my brakes.

I am beyond thrilled with the final product. Habiscapes was easy to work with, very professional, they cleaned up daily and at the end of the project. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Michael Wiegand of Habiscapes is the very best in town. A+++++. Having experienced a nightmare scenario with a previous landscaper, I was in desperate need of a reliable replacement company late in 2017. With winter coming, Habiscapes jumped in, and did a tremendous amount of hardscaping in just 2 weeks. They then returned this spring to complete the project over the last 2 weeks. The project was quite involved, with several retaining walls, a new patio, fire pit, complete water sprinkler system, terracing the land into usable space, and planting the entire yard.

Here’s what you need to know about Michael – completely honest, reliable, and fair in pricing. He always explains, in detail, the different options and the cost of each option. He provides a lot of flexibility in working with your budget. He also noticed mistakes made by the predecessor landscape firm and fixed them. His estimates were very accurate, so you don’t have any surprises at the end. His crew are a good group of hard working guys - guys that stick with him, not different guys showing up all the time. I was frankly amazed at how much would be accomplished each day—I would come home from work, and think, “Wow, they did that entire geo-wall in 1 day”. Along the way, Michael communicates with you regularly by phone and by text— he shows up when he says he’ll be there and works on your project until completed.

Michael, James, and the crew did an extraordinary job. They are simply wonderful to work with. They are skilled craftsmen, reliable, thoughtful, honest, and courteous. They completed our project swiftly and impeccably, and they always kept an honest and prudent eye on our budget. They left our property, and our neighborhood, cleaner than it was when they arrived. I rarely write reviews; these folks more than earned the highest recommendation I can give. You should hire them.

I hired Habiscapes to do a large project for my front yard in the Boise foothills. The owner, Michael Wigand is amazing. We talked extensively about designing a bird friendly, native plant yard. He recommended a landscape designer " Designs by Kim" which we utilized as well. I love the finished work! Everyone walking by has commented on how beautiful my yard is. The best part is a beautiful water feature, which really attracts the birds. All the plants are surviving, despite the fact that they were planted just before the big heat wave. The crew worked hard, was very respectful and cleaned up well. Overall, the crew removed a large tree stump, removed lawn, created a lovely walkway with pavers, created the natural looking water feature and planted a tree, bushes and many native plants. In addition, the final bill was LESS than the initial quote provided! We are so happy with the work that Habiscapes did and would highly recommend them for any landscape project.

Michael and his team are the best! They worked with us on a large project with our front and back yard. They were always on time, responsive and really professional. The team is easy to work with and very knowledgeable when it comes to all things Landscaping. These guys worked through some of the hottest temps this summer and the Foreman managed it all with a broken ankle. Talk about dedication!

Michael and his crew did an exceptional job on our back yard in Eagle. It was a brand new house that was already landscaped but just needed sprucing up. He added a wonderful water feature, new plants and rocks. Couldn't be happier! They were there when they said they be there and actually got the job done way before we thought it would be done. Habiscapes does exceptional work! The team went above and beyond our expectations. Michael Wiegand and his crew created a natural backyard landscape with boulders, water feature, fire pit, flower beds, and lighting.
Michael is so knowledgeable about plants that he produced a backyard environment that attracts birds, butterflies, and hummingbirds. That was exactly what I had asked for. Michael's guidance and expertise made my decision making much easier. Michael, James, and Taylor were very clean and efficient in completing the job in a timely manner.
