Mica was great to work with. We had him clean the carpets and do an ozone treatment on our home prior to moving in. He’s very responsive and was great at keeping me informed of his progress as we are still moving and were not in town. He even replaced the air filter on the HVAC unit when he noticed it hadn’t been changed in quite a while and was quite dirty. He went above and beyond providing pictures and explaining the process every step of the way. I would highly recommend Mica and Eagle Carpet Pros!

Mica was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Communicated a very fair price and flexible with time and date needed. He cleaned all ceramic tile/grout of stains and dirt. Went back and sealed everything. The previous week cleaned all carpets with low moisture cleaning so they dried faster than normal, which was terrific. Amazing work and would use his business again.
