Friendly, responsive, and professional. Showed up as promised , and on time. Mica did a great job. Spent time doing a thorough walk through for the estimate and the carpets turned out great. Highly recommend if you live in the treasure valley.

The service was scheduled quickly. Mica is super friendly. The cleaning looked so good I wished I wished I had done it sooner. The price is reasonable. I’m very happy with them and would highly recommend their service.

Mica is the owner of Eagle Carpet Pros and who we dealt with specifically. He is fantastic! He came in before the service and gave us all the details of what he felt needed to be done (including cost, time frame, pet stains, etc). I never felt any pressure or feeling of an upsell. Just honest and professional. The level of service and the results he provided was so much better than any other carpet cleaning company we have ever used it's almost as if he's just on an entire different level! From the consolation, to the text we received before he arrived, to the results we never imagined possible (based on past experiences we have had with other companies), Eagle Carpet Pros is, in our opinion, the best of the best! Mica was a perfect choice for us in cleaning a pet-stained carpet.
We had to reschedule him the day after and he was extremely accommodating.
He called us before arriving, was thoughtful in the job and the cleaning was excellent. His pricing was very fair and we are definitely going to use him again!

Mica is the absolute best! Great job with all our carpets-so good i had him come back and do our huge sectional. His work is impeccable and the prices are super competitive. No more stressing when the kids or the dogs get the carpets dirty because Mica can get them better than new. We have had other companies come out in the past and they did a decent job but i am so much happier with the quality if cleaning from Eagle Carpet Pros. Professional, timely, thorough. Eagle Carpet Pros cleaned our carpets and we couldn’t be more pleased. Having two dogs, teenagers, and a recent battle with the flu or carpets were in desperate need. The process they use is amazing… our carpets were dry enough to walk on within 30 minutes which is great for my family. I would highly recommend!

Micah at Eagle Carpet Pros did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He arrived when he said he would, protected my house from hoses rubbing on the corners, and for a very reasonable price, made my carpets look amazing (and I have pets and kids)! He also steam cleaned my tile. Highly recommend!

Mica was fantastic. He was initially hired to clean the carpet on our newly constructed home. He did such a great job that we hired him to color seal our grout. Mica noticed that there were a couple of spots where the grout was not installed properly by our builder. Mica, at no charge, came back and patched and sealed the grout!
