Three team members showed up on time with their own equipment and supplies. They worked quietly and professionally cleaning all of those places I would forget to clean. My wife has been with her mother in Florida for a month and she will be thrilled coming home to such a clean house. Will definitely use them again!

First off...they did a great job cleaning. What I hired them to do. More importantly though, their "rating" on house cleanliness is a complete and utter SCAM. I rated my house an 8 (it is cleaned weekly) and I am kind of an OCD neat freak. They came to clean and I was charged the 200$ extra when they rated my house a 3. When they left... what did they rate it? A 5. What's the average house? A 3 they said. Needless to say you WILL be charged 200$ no matter how clean you think your house is. On top of that the girl in charge of cleaning my house had such an extreme lack of professionalism it was SHOCKING. She was not only rude, but also sarcastic and condescending. I am not one to leave reviews.. ever.. but I was left with an extremely bad taste in my mouth after using Dream Clean. Would absolutely not use again.

I appreciate dream clean so much! We used a previous cleaner that could just never get some aspects right and I was so happy with how thorough and meticulous the employees are! It is a huge load off my shoulders and I love coming home to a clean house!

Overall the clean took longer than I expected. However I do appreciate that Dream Clean took the time to thoroughly clean rather than skip items to save time. The office looked great when it was finished and I consider it a job well done.

I have not had a cleaning service clean my home other than a handful of times at a prior home, so I was a bit surprised at the price for the Deep Clean service, but IT WAS SO WORTH IT! They came with a team of 9 and they worked hard! There was not a dust speck left on my baseboards or window stills, and my kitchen was immaculate. I was particularly happy with the grout in my master shower... I didn't remember it was really supposed to be that light cream. I do not regret spending a penny for this great team. My house was pristine and ready for our son's wedding a few days later, and for entertaining lots of houseguests. It was one less thing I had to do and what a blessing to have it done for me. Dream Clean was really easy to work with and they were able to book us quickly with less than 24 hours notice. This was our first time ever using a cleaning service and we didn't know much about the process or what to expect. They showed up within the scheduled arrival window and were able to answer questions and put us at ease. The crew was very friendly and exceeded expectations. We were extremely thankful and excited about the showers looking brand new by the time they were finished. The office staff and the cleaning crew were all pleasant and responsive.

They have always been great to work with and are flexible when we need to make adjustments with our cleanings. I love that they were able to give me an estimate over the phone and they have a rating guide which made it easy to evaluate the condition of my parent's homes, prior to them coming out. It's almost impossible to schedule anyone to come out and bid with our various schedules and doctor appointments.

It's always nerve racking to try out a new company, but I'm grateful that they offered a one time cleaning so we could try it out, before doing the discounted recurring services. And the best part is, they didn't make us sign a contract, which I was worried about with the costs associated with my parents' care.

We have been using Dream Clean for about 4 months and are extremely happy with their services! Everything is clean that is detailed in their packages. Then, they always go above and beyond to do little things. Extra care for arranging the stuffed animals on my daughters' bed, blankets folded neatly, toliet paper neatly folded, soap bottles facing out, clean lines in the carpet. They are prompt and on time and professional when talking to on the phone.

I thought I signed up only to have my kitchen and bathroom cleaned but the ladies who came insisted on cleaning the entire house! They did a great job, were friendly and organized and even laughed at some of my "dad" jokes! My house really needed a good cleaning and your crew did a great job. I am encouraged to perhaps add on a few extra's things for them to do in the future. I am very satisfied with the results and even the cost was entirely reasonable. Saw a while SUV going mailbox to mailbox in my neighborhood putting their ‘door knocker’ flyer in each box. that is a federal crime! put ‘em on the front door knobs like you’re suppose to. if you’re lazy enough to not walk to doors to put ‘em on, I wouldn’t want you cleaning my house.

I’m very satisfied with the service! The girls did a deep cleaning of my house for the first time, and the result exceeded all expectations. Everything was done perfectly, with great attention to even the smallest details. It’s clear they work responsibly and diligently. They are also very pleasant, polite, and attentive.
