Jim's Heating and Cooling is an outstanding company to do business with in every respect!
We requested bids from five HVAC companies to install a whole house steam humidifier. We knew exactly what unit we wanted and all bidders submitted proposals to do the exact same thing.
We felt all of the bidders could have done a acceptable job, although pricing for the same work varied significantly.
Michael, Jim's sales rep, presented the approach they would take with the project in a way that gave us the most confidence that the installation would go well, and at a competitive price.
The unit was installed yesterday. Jim's didn't just meet our our expectations, they exceeded them. Having been in the gas and electric energy business myself for 36 years, there were some details that were important to me that were accommodated on the fly without hesitation by the installation crew.
Jim's entire team, including the electrical subcontractor, S K Electric, was very professional, friendly, efficient, and competent. Their customer service and technical expertise is simply outstanding. Michael, the sales rep, also stopped by toward the end of the install just to check to see everything was as expected. Jim's did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.
