Great customer service on phone and in person! Competent staff that do a great job!

Set appointment for estimate then called back to reschedule for when I couldn’t be home, did not give estimate and charged me for it! Will never use them or recommend them to anyone!! Company shouldn’t charge you to try and earn your business!! Then when i called and asked i was told they would take care of it but never to call them in the future!!! Horrible customer service from the phone gal to the upper end!

Strider & Davin were professionals and got my sprinkler system adjusted after the winter season. They also certified my backflow preventer as per code with Avondale Irrigation District requirements

Unfortunately I have used Allscapes for Years to do our annual sprinkler Blowout which has always been the same price. They would come out, perform services, and then send me an electronic bill and I was always pleased.
However this year, I made an appointment, had services performed, and when I received my bill there was a $20 increase on price. Upon calling today the office personnel basically told me it was my problem for not expecting a price increase. I told her it was very unprofessional for a business to not inform their long time customer of a price increase (Water companies do, power companies do, and I would expect the same from them) but she responded with rude disposition and no concern about loosing a long time customer due to lack of consideration. Very unfortunate. Will not do business or recommend them ever again. We don't behave like that in our small well loved community.

All Scapes has always been professional and knowledgeable. They have always been on time and we have never had to call them back to fix something they serviced. My wife, and I, find them pleasant to work with and the office staff is a hoot! Highly recommended.

Josh and his crew showed up on time, early actually, they were very pleasant and professional. They did the turn on, adjusted the heads and made sure everything was in good shape. Thanks Night Rain for the great service.

The work was done efficiently and quickly once somebody showed. They gave a 3 hour window saying they were going to be there and I called at 3.5 hrs they said 2 more hrs and ended up waiting for almost 6hrs for everything to be done. Then the service guy told me a story about things now thats another story....

I had been told my water timer was bad. Stopped by All Scapes and walked into a morning meeting. Told them my problem. They agreed to fix it same day. When the tech showed up, they seen a loose wire and connected it back up. They could have easily replaced the unit and upsold me but instead were super honest and just quickly fixed my problem. I really appreciate the honesty and great service. I would highly recommend All Scapes. Thanks guys ✊🏻

I needed to get my sprinklers blown out before the cold weather, and our landscape company backed out last minute, telling us to find someone else. I called All Scapes and they scheduled us in for the very next day. The techs who showed up, Josh and Ben, were very friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. Josh is a stand-up guy who has been with the company for 15 years. He also gave me some advice on how to protect our current system, and suggestions for improving the system when the spring comes around. I highly recommend All Scapes.

Charles and crew did a great job of cleaning out and landscaping our side yard. They are prompt, professional, and know what they're doing. We will be using Clapper's landscaping for our future projects and recommend them to anyone who needs a project completed -- big or small.

We higher CQC to do our landscaping and at first they were very responsive and got our backyard done quickly. We paid him for a job that was incomplete, because he assured us he would fix the mistakes. Once he was paid there was no desire for him to come back.
There were some mistakes that needed to be fixed and to get them back to our house was near impossible. Our grass did not grow, so they needed to come back and fix it and it took multiple phone calls and texts for them to return. When they finally returned to fix the grass, they broke our curbing and assured us they would come fix it. We have called multiple times and they have not come back to fix what they broke. The owner is very nice and easy to work with, just not worth the headache of trying to get him to come back and fix any mistakes. I’m very disappointed in the lack of care and pride in completing a job.
