Marcus and his crew did a fabulous job on our yard. Not only did they spring clean it but also re-barked all the beds. It was no easy job with 30 yards of bark! Our yard went from embarrassing to show ready! Very impressed with this company and how quick the guys are! We will definitely call them in the future.

Man, I don't know where to start with these guys; my wife and I have nothing but rave things to say about LNW, Marcus (the owner) and the crew as a whole. We went from an all grass backyard to an all new oasis featuring new concrete, trees, plants, gazebos and pergolas, and a deck. The project was extensive and Marcus acted as the general contractor, managing the concrete and flatwork guys. Everything was done on time and to very high standards. All I did was sign the check and he literally took care of everything else including little details like stringing up the market lights. His crew is also great at problem solving (shout out to Austin!) and coming up with creative and unique solutions. Jared, Cody, and Gunnar also worked on the project and were super hard working, good natured, and polite and professional. I also have a lot of respect for Marcus because he gets his hands dirty with the crew in 100 degree heat.

My only complaint, and it's almost not even worth mentioning, is that the project, which was massive, did run about a week longer than expected but that was to no fault of LNW; there were order mixups with some of the lumber on the supplier's end and if it wasn't for Marcus' good management, the project might have taken longer.

Don't let the age of these guys fool you. These guys are the most responsive, reliable and honest gentleman in the business. I called Marcus at 2:30 and at 6:15 he was at our home. I was a little concerned that he was young, but after speaking with him for just 20 minutes, I was aware that he knew exactly what he was talking about and felt 100% comfortable with his knowledge. He told me would have an estimate for us within 48 hours and that's exactly what he did. The price was quite reasonable and since I am a retired contractor myself, I decided to give the guys a shot.. They removed 375 feet of sod and laid down a Flagstone patio with a fire pit that turned out beautiful and is a focal point in our backyard. I would not hesitate to use these hard-working men again and would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a quality job.

Horrible! I would NEVER recommend this company. Not only did they NOT come out when they originally said they would, but then when they did, they left the yard looking ridiculous.

I believe that the bad mowing falls on the leadership of this company, not on the mower guy. The guy who mowed was super nice, but he was not educated in mowing lawns properly. He was not trained professionally at all.

They sent the same guy back to my house to try and "fix" what was missed the first time, but it still didn't get fixed.

I am not some yard N*zi. I just want a mow and weed whack, I don't need it to be fancy, I just expect that if I pay for something, it gets done right. These guys did not do that at all.

I asked them for a quote to mow my yard and weed whack and they sent a quote over. I agreed to the quote not realizing that they were not going to take the clippings. Yes, it was on the quote, however I missed that & I ASSumed that when my yard is mowed, the clippings would be taken. I have worked with several companies over the years and EVERY single one took the clippings. When I asked about the clippings being taken, they wanted to charge me more money.

They seem extremely sketchy and very unprofessional.

Marcus the Owner called me to apologize, said they would not be charging me, and offered to come out and fix it. I declined. I don't need nor want to deal with them further.

I think that it's strange that he would say "we would appreciate it if you took that review down or edit it".

No, I will not take the review down because this is what actually happened.

I give Marcus props for owning up to the mess and calling me, but it doesn't excuse the experience.

My review still stands, I would NOT recommend this company.

UPDATE 5/15/24 - I love how they responded and said "lawn significantly overgrown". That is a lie. I actually thought that the lawn didn't even need the mow that week. The photo of the longer grass in the back was a very small section of grass that was taller than the rest of the yard.

Nice try on making it sound like this is my fault. Shows that you again have no professionalism.

We have no shortage of great things to say about these guys! The Felmley boys are some of the hardest AND smartest working young people my wife and I have ever met. Every part of our landscaping and irrigation project was finished on time and exactly within the budget we were quoted. They are communicative, pragmatic, and a perfect example of what great business should be; a true asset to our community. The before and after photos should speak for themselves. We highly recommend using LNW Landscaping, Coeur d'Alene for your lawn, yard, and landscaping needs.

Our initial experience with LNW Landscaping was excellent and our new sod looked great, but only for one season. I asked LNW for support with several muddy patches and was told that the lawn was not covered by a warranty. I was told that if we paid for LNW's spring service it would improve the lawn and the lawn would then be covered if anything went wrong during the next season. Within a month after the spring service and following the 1st mow, we noticed large areas of brown, dead grass. Our lawn had never had this problem before. Calls, texts, and emails went without replies for weeks or were answered with blame or instructions to call a different lawn company.

We understand that things don't always go as planned, but we do expect people to be accountable, to stand by their word, and to do the right thing.

Unfortunately, LNW has not.

Marcus sold me a trailer delivered it all the way from Texas, super fair price honest guy easy to work with. I lost a part for my trailer, Marcus took the time and went out of his way to delivered it free of charge. Great job with keeping your customers happy! Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of working with LNW Landscaping to repair my home's Stop and Waste valve. I was very impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and on-time service.

Austin, Jordan and Cody arrived on time and were dressed appropriately for the job. Marcus was very knowledgeable about the problem and explained the repair process in detail. He also took the time to answer all of my questions.

The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. The LNW team cleaned up after themselves and left my yard looking neat and tidy.

I would highly recommend LNW Landscaping to anyone who needs landscaping services. They are a reliable and professional company that provides excellent customer service.

The 3 man crew from LNW arrived early and worked non stop until they were complete. Cleaned roof, gutters, and entire lawn, gardens, decks, and trimmed 2 large shrubs. Will call them for all my Spring and Fall cleanups.

I’ve used this company twice and both times I’ve been impressed by their work ethic. Recently I hired them for a yard cleanup after the recent windstorm and the two workers (Joe and Isaiah) were professional, hard working and very polite. The job was finished on time and looked great. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with Marcus and his company LNW. His crew was always arriving when they said they would start and if they ran into a delay I was notified.
They kept a clean work site and a really nice crew. Marcus also came up w/ some good ideas for the project, which really added a uniqueness. I also liked that they were willing to use some of the supplies I already had.
I will definitely be using LNW LANDSCAPING in the future.

We’ve had wobbly steps in our backyard for years. They were getting worse by the day and were becoming a safety issue. We hired LNW landscaping to discuss options. After some great suggestions, we had them install new hardscape that is perfect for us and looks great. The work was quick, the clean up was exceptional and the price was more reasonable than expected. We will definitely use LNW for our next project. No bids necessary.

They finished a 7 year project I had been working on and completed it in just 4 days. Thanks for saving us a lot of time. Folks were great to work with too. Look forward to you folks updating my front yard next year. Pricing is reasonable.
