Well the crew just left my neighbors house and didn't do any clean up to our yard. They made it snow sawdust all day long and all over everything and just said screw it. Six of them watched me start blowing and didn't even come offer to help. Thanks! Super unprofessional!

Don's crew did a great job in removing an oak tree from our property that had power lines going through it to our house and our neighbors. They left the area cleaner than when they started.

I called around 10 tree service companies and could only get a few to answer and or return a call. A few made the trip out to Deer Lake to look at the trees that needed to be removed. The trees were in tight near our deck and leaning the wrong way over the deck. The trees were 150 feet tall and in tight spaces with other cabins and power lines. Very glad we hired Don and his crew, great job and will definitely refer and use his services again.

Dons crew showed up on time and began to prepare the site installing pads over my lawn to protect it. His crew was exceptionally professional and did an excellent job. I had a very very large tree to remove in a very tight place. His crew had to rig the branches so could lower them down onto my property. It was a very impressive operation. I highly recommend Dons Tree Service.

I had Don Taylor’s company come and remove two difficult trees from my remote property in North Idaho.

Don is very personable, he arrived on time to do the estimate on my tree removal and set me up with an appointment within a very reasonable amount of time.

These guys are very knowledgeable and very safety minded. Safety to me is a sign of competence and efficiency and I was impressed by their overall work ethic and ability to do the job.

From Amy in the office to Shawn coming out for an estimate to Matt and crew pruning my purple plums...it was an excellent experience for an excellent price. Bonus...they made the appointment for 1pm and they were there exactly at 1pm!

They are prompt. Appreciate their proposal system. They provide the request in writing and pictures of the area to be worked on. They helped us out by cutting the trunk into 16" rounds after delimbing it. I like that they provide the wood chips to other customers.

Tried to go local,the guys did a good job but was charged for two trees that wasn't cut down, won't use again. Later received a call from one of their reps and discussed the situation. She was very nice and we resolved the issue as a miscommunication.

Devin stopped by to consul on an Ash tree that maybe sick. Very professional man, well mannered, great attitude. He took photos and is going to do some research and get back to us. I can't ask for anything more then that. Update for review, 10/22 it's been 3 months and no call back so I went to 3 stars.

This past winter I had the absolute pleasure meeting Sean Bennet who is the owner of Grace Tree's. Sean is peppered with honesty, integrity and a team who mirrors him. Sean drove out to give me an idea and estimate of what to do with a 60 foot weed like tree who's roots were ruining everything under the ground and somewhat above. His wealth of knowledge and willingness to educate me was invaluable in making my descision to remove the tree. On this particularly cold although sunny day is crew worked deleigently with smiles to get it done. They also pruned my only Pear and Magnolia tree. This spring and summer both tree's are ramarkably beautiful and bearing fruit.

I feel like I hit the jackpot with Grace Tree's. When I see their trucks around town it makes me happy knowing they are spreading their magic all over the place. Hired Grace Tree Service to remove a large tree and structure prune another in our back yard on May 26, 2022. Workmen arrived on time and went right to work. The climber scaled the tree removing limbs as he went up. Once the limbs were gone he began cutting approximately 6 foot pieces of the tree and dropping them to the ground. When he reached about 6 feet above the two tops of the tree, he proceeded to wrap a rope around the tree and then he dropped the 25 - 30 foot remainder of the tree onto our lawn. Doing that created at least a 2 inch dent in our lawn 25 - 30 feet long. We realize taking a tree down causes impact, but of all the trees we have had removed over the years, no one has ever dropped a thirty foot tree onto our lawn. Clean up was minimal and the “top soil” they brought in is mostly rocks with a little dirt. We have been left with a lot more damage and clean up than anticipated, but at least the tree is gone.

Shawn has done quite a few jobs for my company this year, and not a single one could of been done better, faster, or cheaper. When hiring grace tree service I can assure you will be getting a quality product and the best price.
