My neighbor that owns an Airbnb, that hasnt been here in 3 years, lives in California had a giant tree removed. They decided to make my yard their work space. Cutting limbs with their chainsaws leaving sawdust and pine needles everywhere. My neighbors yard is immpecible though. Great for their business. It was also very inconvenient for me to have to move my car for the day and listen to the chain saws and woodchipper all day. They could have at least treated the neighbors lawn with a little respect. The owners that hired them wont ever even know though because they are never here and it is just their investment property.

Shaun and the guys have been taking care of the trees on our property for many years now. Not to leave the office staff out ( ladies ), they too have been receptive and helpful keeping our schedules on track. Their knowledge of tree care has kept out landscaping contained and manageable. Always available to answer any questions we've had.

Have never seen a more skilled, hardworking crew! They truly know their profession. Had a number of very large poplars to remove along the fence line. They took great care to protect all surrounding property and cleaned up thoroughly. This hard core, retired sergeant is impressed and appreciative!

I am very happy with the work performed. The men were professional and friendly. They cleaned everything up and left no trace. I will be using Grace for my future tree needs, highly recommended!

We recently had 5 Ponderosa Pines removed from our property and Nolan , Elijah and Bennett did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! They are very professional and hard working men. They removed the trees and cleaned up and it looks like they were never here. This is the reason why we only go to Grace with any tree needs we have. Thank You so much!!!

Grace was here today to remove 18 pine trees and an overgrown evergreen shrub. We could not be more happy with the results! Chris and team worked tireless in 90+ temps with few breaks. Several of the trees were leaning toward the house and one more was leaning toward our power lines. These trees and the others were efficiently dropped right where they planned. Tim the owner came out & gave us a very fair estminate. they were here that very day, the boys did a great job, very fast & respectable ,what a fine hard working crew. As far as scheduling, they made it clear that they try to schedule jobs as close to each other as possible for efficiency (e.g. Post Falls one day, Hayden the next). They were 100% willing to come all the way out to Spokane Valley and didn't give any impression to the contrary.

When the crew showed up, they explained what I should expect, then afterwards explained what they observed and what I should look for in the future if my trees started to deteriorate. They finished the job in less time than was quoted and cleaned up EVERY loose branch in our yard.

We will definitely hire Grace again in the future!

Grace Tree Service was recommended to me by my neighbors who had used them successfully to do some tree work. Unfortunately my experience was not so positive. First, one rarely reaches a person when calling - generally one reaches a voice message requesting that one leave a message. After doing that many times, I never received a call back. After repeatedly calling, I finally reached a person who said that someone would be in my area in a few weeks, and they would reach out and let me know when. I never heard from them, so called and called again until I reached a live person (leaving messages for call back still resulted in no call back), and was told that they had left me a message that someone was finally in my area, but they didn't hear back from me. I never received a message, however. So I later tried to reach them, left messages, never heard back, and kept calling. Finally I reached someone again, and was told rather snotily that they had left a message and can't control the delivery of voice mail on voice message systems. They also said I'd have to wait again for an open ended amount of time until they happened to have more requests for work in my area so that they could bundle the jobs together (I am about an hour away from Hayden). I asked whether the fact that I had a large amount of tree work to be done (15 80' to 100' trees to be removed) would make it worth their effort. While that person went away to check whether this mattered, the call was placed on a long hold, and then another person came on the line and I had to start all over again. I was also lectured on how if I leave a message with them they will call me back. However, I have left over five messages with them over the past month or more, and not once did they call me back. So, can't say I'm too impressed with at least the office staff. Maybe the tree crews are good, but I was never able to get that far. Interestingly, right after that failed interaction, I called another tree service, received a call back in less than a minute, and had an appointment scheduled two days later. I shouldn't have waited over a month trying to work with Grace.

I just had 5 cherry trees trimmed by your company. Nolan and Chris were so professional and also very kind and respective of my flower beds! They did such an awesome job! Thank you. If all of your employees are this great, you are a lucky company!

We had used Grace Trees before to remove some large trees. This time we needed an old trunk removed. Despite Mike coming here alone, he did a great job, was courteous, fast and did a nice job cleaning up. We would highly recommend Mike and Grace Trees.

I've used this company previously and they are a great a pleasure to work with. They have everything together! They are professional in every way. Came and estimated when they said, called on the way. Scheduled the job, set the appointment , once again showed up ontime with plenty of crew and equipment for the job. They worked quickly and expertly and finished in a reasonable amout of time. They left the jobsite clean. I'm very impressed

Can't comment on their work because they never followed through with a bid they did for us. Instead, they somehow decided our asking clarifying questions over the phone about possibly adding additional work was "aggressive" and so they didn't want to do business with us. I got the pleasure of being subjected to judgmental and condescending communication from the owner's wife (who never once met me or even tried talking to me before declining service) that was not only inaccurate but extremely off-putting. In summary, I was treated rudely and Grace Tree Service wasted my time and made me feel lousy in the process.

From all of this I can only recommend folks take their business elsewhere. We contacted another local company who promptly took care of the work in a timely and respectable manner (and for less money!)

Grace Tree Service is very reasonably priced and professional. Both times we have used Grace their crew has been solid, hardworking, and worked quickly. Their estimate and billing system is fast and accurate which I appreciate.

I was VERY impressed by Grace Tree Service. The prices were fair and impossible to beat! I was so pleased with their work, they cut down five trees for us, ground the stumps, cleaned up and even interacted with my kiddos. Devin was great and respectful and took time to listen to my concerns! I HIGHLY recommend them and we look forward to doing business with them again!

Grace is a classic "get what you pay for" company. They may not be the cheapest, but why would you go with anything but the best for your trees?

Both the manager who came out to create our estimate and the techs who came out to do the pruning had a clear understanding of the natural growth patterns of our trees, the way we wanted them trimmed, and the best ways to preserve their health long-term.

We love our trees: they are a core part of our home. We trust Grace to keep them healthy and maintained, so they'll be a part of our home for years to come.

We have asked Grace to trim our long row of arborvitae for several years now. The fellas always do a terrific job with the trimming as well as the clean up. They even picked up some of my spring trimming mess that I hadn't done yet. What a nice bunch of people! They are all well trained and know what they are doing and you won't go wrong by hiring them for your job!

These guys are great! We had them remove 6 large trees close to our home. They knew what they were doing and fell those trees exactly where they wanted them, which was a relief because we may not have done that had we done it ourselves! They quoted a price, which was very reasonable, did the work and everything was exactly as they said it would be. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Warming, don't sign anything they send you by email/ electronic signature and with that don't pay by credit card either! Initially I gave this business five stars but I have to rescind that message. The guy that came out to plant my trees was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. That's why I at least gave them three stars. However, they quoted me a price that included certain things, then they had me sign an estimate with that price in mind on the final line, but I didn’t read the sneaky fine print. The certain “things” they needed to do was an extra charge. They weren’t very forthcoming w the initial verbal quote. Because I didn’t see that fine print, I went ahead and signed agreeing to pay the amount stated on the final line. After the work was over they sent me a new bill that was higher than what was initially quoted because it took into account the things that were in smaller print. They also copy pasted my original signature to this new estimated invoice. When I called to complain, the girl who answers the phone was very rude. She wasn't exact friendly when I first called to schedule the service either. Terrible phone etiquette and poor customer service all around ...sneaky and lack of communication w the guy that initially came out to give me a full quote. I am an honest person and I will go ahead and pay the extra amount, yet in good faith to other potential customers, there are probably nicer people who are more forthcoming who want your business.

Grace tree service was great to work with. The 3 guys that did our work were professional, did above and beyond what. we had talked about. We would HIGHLY suggest this company. They were also our best bid that we got for the job! Which was a big job

Greace tree Service is exceptional! They are very attentive & professional. They are knowledgable about what is needed when it comes to tree & shrub pruning & landscape. Their process of consultation, picture taking, & estimating, assures what is discussed gets done. Their prices are fair, and work is done well. They've done a great job taking care of my business and personal properties.
