I recently had an electrical issue with undercabinet lighting that had a faulty connector. Joshua D. came and repaired the issue quickly. He arrived right on time, was very kind and quickly addressed the issue suggesting to solder the lighting instead of replacing a connector that would likely fail again. I appreciated the time he took to explain the issue. He is FANTASTIC, and I highly recommend Trademark!!

Dylan was absolutely amazing! Very professional but also very personable. He went above and beyond what I had expected. He explained everything that he was doing, explained his findings, informed us of some preventative maintenance. Answered all questions that we had, when he left I didn’t feel like I was left in the dark with what to do. Highly recommend Trademark, and don’t forget to request Dylan!

Excellent service. The technician was prompt, courteous and explained everything in detail. We have used Trademark over the past decade and thus has always been our experience either them.

Price was reasonable. Completely within market value. Their plasticity of schedule was the selling point. They were willing to come when. I needed them, on my schedule.

It was actually a great value. Also, I would recommend trademark heating and cooling for the service I had in my home.

We scheduled Furnace tune-up, expecting no issues as the system appeared to be running ok. Mark spent time tracking down an error, exclaiming the issue, and returned later to schedule a followup visit to get it corrected. Cougar has always taken care of us, and while things haven't always been perfectly smooth, they always make sure things are right and that we're satisfied.

Travis was great! Cougar was able to get me in a day earlier than I was originally scheduled when my furnace died last week on the first day it snowed in months. Travis was super kind and professional, and he even personally hauled over to the supplier and got the part so it could all get fixed before we had to sit in the cold longer. Thank you guys!

All 5 technicians and the coordinator were very polite and professional. The technicians were very knowledgeable, kind and caring. They took time to explain things ro me and they made sure I was comfortable with the instalation. I highly recommend them.

Nick did a great job with our furnace and air conditioning tune-up! He introduced himself right away, was very kind and professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I really appreciated how detail-oriented he was—and that he wore booties to keep things clean. Excellent service all around!

Ray was a pleasure to have come to my house and unclog my shower drain that was backed up. He was helpful, informative and gave me tips to help in the future. Cleaned up after and left it better than when he arrived. I would recommend and use them again for any future needs.

On Feb. 9 a technician from Trademark Heating and Cooling came to inspect my furnace. He also found and reinstalled the cover that I had kept off, and advised me of the correct nut driver to order so I can remove the cover in the future. He was thorough and made sure that all my questions were answered. Thank you!

We needed some emergency electrical repairs after a severe windstorm last week. Ben dispatched one of Trademarks Electricians, Travis to our home very quickly. Travis assessed the work that would need to be done. He gave me a written estimate and was out the following day to swiftly complete his work to get us back up and running. Thank you Ben and Travis for your swift response and complete professionalism!

Ken arrived on time, was very respectful to my home, and encouraged me to watch him so I could understand what he was seeing. Provided great advice - absolute to notch service!

Nice to have your tech come out and evaluate our LPG gas furnace. I purchased our home 2 years ago and wanted an eval of the furnace because of its age. He answered a lot of questions I had about the age performance of the heater, and he also found a problem that needs to be corrected before we use the furnace again. Glad he checked it!! I use a wood stove to heat our home so shutting down the furnace until it gets updated is not a problem.
He was pleasant and courteous, gave me some good information about types of furnaces if i neeed to replace the furnace ( which I will do soon enough.)

I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with service tech Kevin. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and he’s professional. I felt confident with his diagnosis, trusted his recommendations and he was very clear and up front with the costs. Can’t help thinking how lucky trademark is to have him :-)

Everyone from this company was so nice and amazing to work with. The initial call was for a quote for a repair. The guy that came out was very honest and explained to me what was going on and did not try to force a sale of new equipment. He came me all the pros and cons of both and wanted me to make the best decision for myself. I asked for the new equipment team to come out and it was absolutely no pressure - just care, understanding, and knowledge information to make the best decision.
Install team came next day to get it done and super cool guys, did amazing work and clean up and had different management pop in verifying to make sure everything went smooth.
Overall great team of down to earth, funny, personable, and professional leaders.

Mark and Tylor showed up for a furnace tuneup. And they were great, excellent customer service and quite thorough in their 20 point inspection.

Unfortunately the news receives where not so good. But they explained exactly the why of the recommendation and provided estimates to replace the different parts. And they will have someone out to provide a full quote today itself!

Called on a Friday afternoon for a non emergent but important issue. Unfortunately my Monday was heavily scheduled but they were able to send a technician out Tuesday and they were able to come an hour ahead of the 3 hour time window they had quoted me. The technician took the time to understand where the previous installer (from another company) had made several wiring mistakes. The technician took the time to properly label all wires and made sure my humidifier was properly linked to the HVAC system. The technician also explained what they were doing and why and took the time to answer all my questions about the work. I am quite satisfied with the quality of the service and professionalism. I wish I had called them first when I originally had problems with my furnace.

Thank you SO MUCH to Casey and his associate for being so outstanding and helping us with our water heater. Trademark Mechanical was issued as a 3rd party for our faulty water heater that needed to be replaced, twice unfortunately. They came out 2 days in a row to fix this issue, they were professional, polite, and helped us out greatly by getting us up to code! We can’t thank you enough for getting us up and running with hot water, especially in the middle of January! You guys rock!

Ken S was the technician that came out to service the furnace and he did a great job. He explained everything to me that he had done and what items may need to be addressed sooner rather then later on my 21 year old furnace. I appreciate the time and service provided!

Taylor had excellent manners and explained things thoroughly. He did his job well and professionally.

It would be nice if any given company could simply perform the maintenance without advertising all the extras that we could spend money on, but I suppose it is still a business.
