My technician Josh was fast and kind. He did amazing work replacinh my damaged outlet. Fast and clean. Locating the problem and the correct breakers for me on my 100 year old house as well when I had no idea what went where. Despite scheduling issues with the busy winter season they found me an opening ASAP and I will be calling them back to do more work on my home.

They installed a new mini-split heat pump in my house 2 days ago. So far, this is the most comfortable the house has been since I bought it last year. The temperature is nice and even, and the noise is virtually non-existent. The installation process was fast, efficient, professional, courteous, and convenient. Will definitely contact these guys again next year, when I want to get the same kind of work done on my detached workshop/garage.

We had quite the team out yesterday and are pleased as punch with the results. Lauden and Evan were refreshingly knowledgeable with the HVAC and did a great job installing it. Mark and Parker swapped out our water heater and installed a softener that made the water taste amazing. I still can’t get over how good the water tastes! Justin took care of the electrical and made sure that everything went smoothly. They were all very courteous and clean. We are impressed by the crew for sure!

I first will say congrats to this company for actually doing the job they said they were going to do, a lot of companies talk to talk, but these guys actually walk the walk. They Went up in above at every turn . I went with a full HVAC system system with AC system and a air purifier Installation and a duct cleaning and believe me when I tell you, I know How dirty it was because I looked in the vents before they showed up and when I got home that night after the job was complete both me and my wife were very, very satisfied with the Quality of work and the smell it was like I walked into a new house. These guys were amazing from the start to finish. I would recommend these guys if you want quality work done..

Happy with Trademarks Service! Note: I don’t typically give 5-Star reviews unless there’s something exceptional or “over the top” I will give a 4+ for today’s service… everything was great!!!
Easy to schedule appointment, reminder sent, text giving me approximate time, technician on-time, personable, made good recommendations and seemed thorough. Very friendly! -
I recently had a technician come out and take a look at my On Demand Water Heater. After checking on the warranty, he called his manager to discuss possible repairs. Trademark recommended a full replacement with a new unit. Before he told me the price, I asked the tech how long the job would take and he said 4-5 hours tops. He quoted me a price of $9,400. I told him I’d let him know. I then did a little research. The unit they recommended was $2500. That means they were going to charge me almost $7000 to install it. 4-5 hours of work for $6000! Long story short, I bought the unit myself ($2500) and hired a plumber to install it for $900. Grand total…$3400.
I urge anyone who calls this company to do their homework. This company straight up tried to rip me off to the tune of $6000. I have used them for the last five years to service our heat pump, furnace and water filtration systems….i will now be using someone else for that. I’ve tried to get a manager to contact me to explain this ridiculous price and they refuse to do so. Avoid this company at all costs! -
Absolute nightmare of incompetence and complacency! I would give negative stars if I could. My nightmare began in the middle of October and didn't end until January. First, they sold me a unit they didn't even have. They failed to show up for 2 appointments in a row. And of course nobody knew what happened or how they screwed up the schedule. When they finally decided to show up, they once AGAIN sold me a unit they didn't have. I should have walked away from this company at this point. The nightmare continued when they improperly installed (the first time) the furnace. They installed the furnace without verifying there was enough combustion air to support the unit they installed. This caused the installation to fail inspection (the first time) with the county.
After this major error on their part, they returned to "fix" their mistake. During their "correction" the technician used a venting method that was the absolute exact OPPOSITE of the installation instructions and it failed inspection for the second time. The install manager (Andy) looked right at me and told me that his technicians don't read the installation instructions. WHAT??? In this process, they tore apart my front porch and reassembled it with crooked boards (they were straight until they touched it) chipped wood and they used INDOOR screws to put it back together. The kicker to this part of the nightmare is that they didn't need to tear apart the porch in the first place. Each time I called to discuss these major issues, I was forwarded to the permit department for some reason. The same department that ordered two permits for the same job. When they came back the THIRD time to "fix" the problems, they once again didn't comply with building codes and it failed inspection for the THIRD time. During all of this, I was in communication with the production manager (Tyler) looking for answers as to why they would sell/install a unit in a home that didn't have enough CFM of combustion air to support that unit. He couldn't or wouldn't give me an answer. I asked how they compute those numbers and he again, couldn't give me a legit answer. I talked to him again and he said they use some program (which they clearly didn't use) to compute the required airflow. I asked him to provide those numbers and he said he would see if he could get back into the program and then failed to -provide that information to me. I texted him 6 times over the period of about a month reminding him to send me those numbers. I STILL haven't received that information. When they came back (again) they had to cap off all the incorrect venting (see then pattern here?) I told them I don't want them ruining my porch any more than they already and to cap the vents from inside. They did that. In the end, they were at my house 11-12 times for countless hours for nearly 2 1/2 MONTHS. That, combined with countless hours on the phone dealing with people who couldn't/wouldn't answer the questions I had and/or couldn't/wouldn't make any decisions without talking to their boss, dealing with them was like having a second job. On the bright side (sarcasm) they did offer me a $100 Visa gift card for my time which they never sent, nor do I want. I would stay far away from this company and stick with a company who is BBB accredited. This company is not. When it was all said and done, all they had to do was put a 12x12 inch vent on an inside door in my house. These guys are an absolute joke.
UPDATE! I reached out to Trademark a few days ago as they had asked me to do. I left a message and received a return phone call the next day. The individual who called me back said she was calling to discuss the concerns I pointed out in my review. One HUGE PROBLEM with that statement is that the individual who called me hadn't even SEEN my review, let alone know the countless issues she was supposed to discuss.
Here are a couple pictures of the porch they took apart/damaged for no reason.
