We have used Trademark for years and love them. I really DO NOT like the new AI BOT used for scheduling, it was terrible. Josh was my technician and more then made up for issue with the AI BOT. He was, quick, efficient, and found another problem that I was unaware of.

Great service technicians! They removed and installed our new system efficiently. When the tech left it was as if he'd never been here except for the new equipment. Would highly recommend Trademark Heating and Cooling.

Sam was just at our home working on our unit. What a pleasant young man! Being able to talk to your clients is a huge part!!! He’s young, hard worker and brings a smile! I hope this company knows what an asset he is!

This past Monday a young man came to install a inducer motor in my furnace. I was very impressed with the overall service and how he completed the installation under an hour. The price for the hour install was very reasonable and they also gave me a military discount. Excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

Kenny came out right on time and had that rare mix of customer service skills, technical knowledge and communication skills that helped us understand the problem, see our options and understand some next best steps. Plus $39 for a tune up was a steal! We are thankful we had them come out to check out our boiler and now plan to have them look at our water heater.

My furnace would not kick on and the blower ran continuously. I used the online scheduling at night for a next day appointment and received a call right away to confirm. Kenny arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing, demonstrated the effects of changes made and taught me a couple of things. I am very happy with my experience and thanks to Kenny you have a new loyal customer.

Kenny was helpful and courteous. I appreciated his wisdom and thoughts, as well as his honest take on my situation. He did not try to sell or promote any services, He did give me some different scenarios, so I could judge what might be best for my home situation. It is nice to have techs who seem to be passionate about their job as well as the company that employs them.

From the first call I made to their office to when the two techs left after having fixed our furnace. Everyone was Very helpful and friendly. Even jen, who is learning the business was very nice and helpful. We will call them again when needed. Even Benjamin ( the Cocker) gave them a thumbs up

Joshua did an absolutely amazing job! He answered all my questions and explained everything so thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. He was very patient with my dogs even though they were barking a lot. He went above and beyond double checking everything to make sure that my house was safe. 10/10 Recommend!

Our technician, Mark Krulki, was polite, put booties on his feet before coming in our home & took the time to explain what he did & what needed to be done. He explained the programs different ways to help with allergies. He did a really great job of cleaning the furnace & hot water heater. He made sure we understood and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. I would highly recommend him.

Kenneth was outstanding to work with on our HVAC system inspection. He was highly professional and very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. Despite the service being provided as a special offer, he took sufficient time to check all elements of our system and to explain the results in detail. Top-notch in every regard.

UPDATE: We had Trademark provide some additional services following the date of the initial review, and as expected, everything was done professionally and efficiently and to the highest quality. Kudos to Wyatt and his assistant for the condensate pump install, and to Ray for the water valve install!

The whole process of making an appointment, phone call heads up on tech info and arrival time was quick and easy!

We purchased a new furnace and AC from Trademark. The service guys were great, polite and worked hard installing my new furnace and AC. I just had the service guy out Friday to check on my furnace. They couldn't find anything wrong. New energy equipment just doesn't work as well as the old furnace. I had my old furnace 45 yrs. I just thought it was time to update. The crew was great they vacuumed out all vents.

When our furnace stopped working, we chose Trademark Heating and Cooling to install a new unit. The process was smooth and easy - from the office staff, to the technician who evaluated the problem, to the sales guy who provided prices and answered questions, to the technicians who installed the unit. Everyone was professional and pleasant, and we had no concerns about having them in our home. We are very pleased with the service we received from Trademark, and would definitely recommend them!

Every single trademark employee I've met, at least for now, have been absolutely top notch professionals. They not only know their product but how to compare it to others truthfully. I no longer bother comparing prices to other companies now I've had such good experiences.
They offer senior and military discounts and give excellent objective advice how to save $ without compromising quality.
Also I've never heard employees speak so highly of the company they're working for.
I'm sure there are other good HVAC folks out there but Trademark has set the bar super high.

Rich and Joshua were amazing!! They have done such great work for us. They are very professional, kind, explained everything to us. Trademark sent a great tech out. He was thorough and very friendly. He went above and beyond to clean the unit very well. He gave good advice when we discussed whether I should replace the motor or wait and whether Trademark should do it or I do it myself. No pressure, just options. Highly recommend.

Chris and his helper did a very nice job. He cleaned all around the hot water heater before he put the new one in and mopped up garage floor. Very professional. I appreciated all that was done. Oh and Nick which did the estimate was awesome and very personable.
