Glenn was so professional and efficient. Our sectional was dirty after moving it across the country. He took the time to focus on stains and deliver a high quality of work on a challenging piece of furniture. Clean, on time, super friendly…highly recommend.

We have really old and highly used carpet with three boys and a dog. Honestly we were just hoping to get another year or two out of it and they did an amazing job. Our carpet looks and smells brand new. I think we’ll get several years out of it thanks to their amazing results!

My old carpet looks new!!! My experience with Eco Clean was beyond amazing!! I will never go anywhere else for carpet cleaning. My story: I had arranged to have my carpets cleaned, booked a week ahead of time with another company who had to cancel due to an emergency on their part. So, I started calling many places because I had already moved furniture and I really wanted to have the carpet cleaned. This happened today, on a Sunday, no less. I reached quite a few companies….many had outrageous quotes nor could they come today to clean the carpets. Glen came through for me. Was able to come within 90 minutes of my call, was sympathetic to my situation. Gave us an incredible deal, a super reasonable price!
He brings his own water supply, his own electricity, puts down mats etc to keep everything clean. Works hard and really knows what he’s doing!! My old carpet looks and feels and smells amazing!

I highly recommend Eco Clean carpet company. They cleaned my wool rugs a few years ago and did a great job. I’m grateful for their commitment to using eco/human friendly products.

Currently, I needed an estimate for pet damage in a rental space. I was willing to have one rug cleaned (although it didn’t need it) to have them come out to make an assessment. When Glen saw the carpet didn’t need the cleaning he offered to waive the Minimum fee. He took the time to make a thorough assessment of the pet damage and treated a few areas with an enzyme to helpbreak down the urine. He did not charge me for this. He did not need to do that and I really appreciated his transparent business practice. The service Glen provided was above and beyond my expectations and really helpful to me. Both Glen and Jennifer were friendly and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Eco Clean came highly recommended when we found ourselves with stained 1-year old carpet. We called on a Saturday and the worked on Sunday! The carpets looked new again! They are a great at protecting your investment in good carpet!

DO NOT risk giving your business to this company. Always Better Cleaning came highly recommended so I'm disappointed that it was such a terrible experience. We scheduled them to do a move out clean for us and the owner was lovely, came to give a bid, super responsive etc. Day of clean they showed up late based on the time of the text messages I received. I got a text saying the fridge was too dirty and it would take extra time thus upping the estimate. 100% our fault so I texted back to go ahead and leave it and we'd do it. I then proceeded to receive 3 more text photos of things we had forgotten (drawer in a bathroom, a cupboard in a bathroom and a stool/cleaning supplies vacuum we had used). Again, totally our fault so I texted to leave it and I'd come get it. I kept getting photos of the dirty fridge and even a picture of a drawer that looked like it had some spice remnants in it. I called her at that point and said, "Hi, can you please stop sending me pictures? I said I was coming over." I was frustrated and short with her, but wasn't screaming or yelling. I was definitely short. She said she hadn't gotten any texts from me so I tried to explain that I'd been responding immediately to her messages. I said I'm sorry I'm trying to get my kids ready for school I'll be over shortly. She then hung up on me. Shortly after that she sent me a text that my texts to her came through, but that they wouldn't be cleaning our house saying, "your attitude toward me is unacceptable." Again, I did not yell at her and even tried to explain why I sounded frustrated on the phone once she said she hadn't gotten any of my texts. Instead of professionally discussing it she hung up on me, walked off the job and left us a in a real bind. Clearly there was a communication issue of which I'm partly at fault by being frustrated and curt.
We hired them to provide a service and clearly she was unhappy that we had accidentally left some belongings in the house and a couple areas were not cleaned to the level expected. I did call twice and sent a follow up text after she walked off the job apologizing for being short. It could have easily been resolved if she had taken 30 seconds to listen to where the communication breakdown was.
I would NOT risk working with them especially if you're in a time crunch. Totally unprofessional.

We had a cleaning service no show us and they stepped up and got in and cleaned for us the next day! We were moving out of our apartment and needed a move out cleaning and we were very happy with the work! They asked us for specifics on what we wanted done in a priority listing so they made they got done what we wanted first! Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this company, here is why.
1. After agreeing on a price for cleaning once a month, owner decided to change the price since we did not want to have cleaning done 2x a month. She raised the price and acted like she had told us from the beginning that she would raise the price if we didn't receive cleaning 2x a month. This was never communicated at anytime to us.
2. A trainee cleaner was sent to our home with the regular cleaner. In less than 30 minutes, the trainee cleaner had broken a vase that can not be replaced and some how broke the knob on the stove. I reached out to the owner and she agreed that she would pay for the vase and replace the knob. She ordered the knob and stated she would bring the knob and payment for the vase by at the same time.
We were told by the main cleaner that they would wait to hear from us if we wanted their services again because of the damage caused. We received text later the month stating that the cleaners where coming out. We were surprised by this and stated we had decided to cancel their services because we simply no longer wanted them and with the change in the economy, we were going to make other arrangements.
The owner agreed to still replace the knob and pay for the vase.
3. I received a letter in the mail with a check from the owner stating that she had decided that since we had canceled services and didn't give her enough time to fill the time slot and lost money, she had canceled the knob order and would not be paying for the vase and instead sent me a the check for the difference in her lost pay and the amount owed for the knob and vase. The check was for 6x less then the amount to replace the vase and knob.
There was never a written agreement that I could not cancel at any time or when it was convenient for her business.
I would not allow this company in your home or your business. If you do, get everything in writing before you do.

P.s. Yes, it is absolutely ridiculous that you did this, I'm Glad we agree. ;)
