Chad is very professional and does a fantastic job. We had major carpet stains due to a paint spill and would have cost us thousands to replace. He was able to clean all the carpet and made it look brand new.

We have used Superior Carpet on several occasions over the last several years!! Chad is always professional, friendly and on time!! Our carpets always look like new after he has come through. They are always quick to get us on the schedule, even during their busy times! I am always happy to refer friends and family, knowing they will be well taken care of!!

These guys are the best!! They went above and beyond to take care of us. They showed up on time, they were super friendly, and were not only able to do an amazing job cleaning our carpets, they also were able to repair seams, patch a problem area, and stretch carpet in a couple of rooms. We were very surprised at how affordable it was to have all this done. We will always recommend Superior Carpet and Upholstery to all our friends and family and will definitely use them again.

I had called Stacey and left a voicemail regarding scheduling a carpet cleaning, she didn’t get back to me until almost a week later due to a family emergency, most companies wouldn’t even call back, although we scheduled with a different company due to a rush job. I was very happy that Stacey took the time to call me back. We will be using them in the future!

Chad is punctual, courteous, professional and didn't mind working around my cluttered office. I had all the carpets cleaned in my house. I was especially pleased with the stain removal on my stairs and hallways. I've had other carpet cleaning services before, but this is truly the best my carpets have ever looked. The whole experience was all around incredible! They were kind, communicative, and professional. The end result was mind blowing considering my home is a home of 4 boys, 2 cats, 1 elderly dog, and myself. Our carpet and couch got a good scrub. The pictures don’t do it justice since the kids have been enjoying the furniture being out of the way and moving it all back after, but I hope they help! Such an incredible company! They were able to get us in within a few days of calling. We had them clean our master bedroom and hallway carpet, an area rug, and a sectional. Everything is spotless now - our couch looks brand new!
