I was impressed with the service I received! They showed up on time, extremely friendly, and had my carpets cleaned and looking great in no time!! I would recommend them to anyone for needs carpets cleaned!! I will have them come and do our carpets again in the very near future!

Chad was able to clean the automotive tar I got on my pickup seat. It looks brand new! Plus he's trustworthy so I could just leave the keys in my pickup so he could move it or whatever he needed since I was unable to be there during the appointment. Very easy, fast, excellent service!

Just so you know, I do not like my couches. But since Superior Carpet came and cleaned my couches, they look so good that I like them again.

Superior carpet cleaning does the best job on carpet and Rv trailers. Also when he was here today he asked if could fix where my carpet was pulling away from my hard wood! And he did and looks so much better! I would not use any one else for my carpets! Taney go above and beyond. Thank you

I was so impressed with the prompt and thorough service we received from Superior. Wow. We booked a dryer vent cleaning; not only did they accommodate our schedule quickly, they went above and beyond to make sure the venting was functioning properly.
The pricing was fair and clear up front, a big contrast to the other companies we called. We will definitely call this company again. 10 out of 10 would recommend to our neighbors!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have used them consistently for the last six years in my real estate and property management business as well as my personal home. Chad truly works miracles. The other cool thing is they also can clean out your dryer vent and it’s a little scary at some of the stuff I’ve seen them pull out of dryer vents on houses that I manage. OK, this is so trite. About 15 years ago I put off-white wall-to-wall carpeting in the upstairs. Never mind what I was thinking. I decided to replace it but superior carpet and upholstery cleaning came so highly recommended I thought I would give them a try. Here is the trite part. They made that carpet look brand new! This is a great company that is totally professional, has experienced staff, outstanding equipment, and they are thoughtful. Also I found their prices to be reasonable. Seriously, what more could you ask for?

Our carpet needed a refresh after a lot of company and traffic and a very cute but little smelly guest dog. Chad came in and hit all the areas we were worried about (and they look amazing!) But to our surprise he went out of his way to also clean our 2 giant area rugs. It was a welcome and generous addition to the service we had scheduled!
Something that was also huge for me, there wasn’t any distinctive cleaner smell when I came home from work. Sometimes carpet shampooers end up so heavy on the fragrance I feel sick for days afterward- I loved that I came home and smelled…. Nothing!

Chad is easily the best carpet guy we’ve had the pleasure to work with. We let him know about some stains we had from a new pet we were house training and he went to town. Not only did he get the stains out but the carpet in general looked and smelled fantastic. Stains never came back. Top notch carpet cleaning for sure.

Superior Carpet & Upholstery has been doing our carpets--and some of our furniture--for 20 years, literally. They are professional, friendly, efficient, and always go the extra mile. The carpet isn't full of chemicals, because they don't use those techniques, and after they've gone, everything is so clean and soft. It's like new--only better! Their prices are very reasonable, which has been a huge relief to my household budget. As my kids have grown, we've had many carpet "emergencies," and they've always been available in a timely manner to help me. They have even moved furniture for me when I was unable to do so, and wanted a certain area cleaned. I've never been tempted to even try anyone else.

Chad did such an amazing job, you can tell he goes above and beyond for his customers. We left to run some errands for the time he was here but when we walked back into our house it felt like it was brand new again. The carpets were SO clean and fresh. Chad and Stacey are the BEST! Chad did an awesome job on my old dirty carpets. They look almost new after he was done.
