We had our roof repaired by Brandon today.
Per the inspection report, the roof required minor repairs such as caulking the exposed nails and cracked sealant around the vents. Brandon was the only contractor that responded to my request for an estimate.
He responded immediately via text message and provided the quote based on the inspection report I sent him.
He was available the next morning to do the repairs and arrived 10 minutes ahead of time.
Brandon inspected the entire roof, made the repairs, and sent me pictures of the completed work. He said my roof is in a very good condition and he recommended doing another inspection in about five years. I think his price was reasonable. Brandon is professional and reliable. I will definitely contact him in the future to do a roof inspection. I highly recommend Meridian Roofing to family and friends.

Brandon and Michael arrived at our home to investigate a roof leak. I found both of them very pleasant and respectful. They spent a couple of days trying to identify the leak source. They located the leak made the needed repairs. I was very pleased with their work and the care they took while doing their work. I would 110% use them again. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable.

Brandon and his crew did an amazing job?
There was absolutely no cleanup on my part and Brandon took care of replacing vents, flashings etc. Also for a very reasonable cost he replaced my old plastic bubble skylight cover with an energy efficient glass one. We have used Meridian Roofing / Brandon in the past for our roofing needs and been very happy. We recently purchased a house that during the inspection revealed some minor maintenance issues and small leak by a roof vent. Brandon came out within a few days, listened to my concerns and then did a complete inspection of our 10 year old roof. He gave me an estimate and a couple days later was out to make the repairs. Brandon took care of some cracked vents, exposed nail heads and flashing. All the repairs were done within a few hours, great pricing and exceptional service. Had a roof leak by skylight. Brandon and team was great. Called and was able to come by that afternoon to quote. Quote was very reasonable including replacing skylight to better quality. A different roofing company said I needed a new roof. Brandon looked at it and said my roof was in great shape and that I should expect to get another five years at least, maybe eight. I trust this guy 100% and will definitely go back to him in a few years for another inspection. If he says it's time to replace, I'll definitely have his company do the work without hesitation!

Meridian Roofing is top notch! Brandon originally roofed my home in 2018 and did a fantastic job, was fair, competitive and down to earth. The roof vent boots had a manufacturer defect (nationally) which caused them to fail a couple years ago. The manufacturer warrantied and replaced. Currently, I am having some siding repairs done on our home and happened to be on the roof only to notice that they were falling apart again. Sent Brandon a message and THE SAME DAY he came right over and replaced every single one for a very small fee (actually offered to do it for free). He also walked the entire roof to inspect everything, and fixed a couple things that were damaged from the siding repairs (unknown to me and without even asking). Honest contractors are hard to come by these days and Meridian Roofing (Brandon) is one of the best there is in the valley! 10/10 would recommend Meridian Roofing to anyone!
