I had another mitigation company come out when my basement had flooded. After weeks of their work and equipment, mold was found. Prompting me to go out and have to find another mitigation company to do the job correctly.

Reed came out. Inspected. Sent 2 guys out to do the job correctly.

In 2 hours I can honestly say his guys got more done than the other mitigation company did in 2 weeks. They found the mold and mitigated everything correctly. Literally moved everything in my basement to ensure the job was done right. I wish I would have known about them from the beginning. Thanks guys for your hard work and honesty.

I had a leak from my dishwasher that affected the kitchen and dinning area. I called them and they came right away. Inspected and started working on the damaged areas. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did everything needed to dry it out. They were great!

Servicemaster took care of an upstairs leak (cracked toilet) that flooded an upstairs bathroom, leaked through the floor, 2nd floor ceiling, and onto the hardwood. They did a fantastic job with the dry-out, removing 20 square feet of ceiling, patching the hole and matching the texture and color. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Over the corse of the disaster about half a dozen different people were involved- all very kind, professional, on time, and always communicated well. I was never in the dark. BIG THANK YOU. We had a mold problem in our bathroom and Service Master Restore was very quick to respond. I’ll give them that. However, the job took them more than twice as long as it should have. Every time they said they were done, the mold detection test failed. This went on for a total of two tests. We then find out that inexperienced/newer employees had been sent to do the job. It not only took them forever, but inconvenienced us each day that we needed to be home to let these employees inside rather than being able to be at work trying to make the money to pay for this expensive service. Once they sent someone who knew what they were doing, the job was finally completed and the THIRD mold detection test was passed. What should have taken maybe a week to two weeks ended up taking nearly a month. Thank goodness it’s over. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this company.

The folks at Service Master could not have been more helpful and professionL. On both the restoration and rebuild side they were prompt, thoughtful and did quality work. The entire team from the front office to individuals in the field are focused on customer service. They did such a good job on the damage/restoration portion we had them do the rebuild/remodel. A great decision, the work was excellent. I gave five stars because these people earned it!!!

It has been nothing but issues with this company.
We had a faulty valve in our shower/bath faucet that busted behind the wall in our shower. Our insurance wanted to use Service Master against our wishes.They only had one fan going to dry the floor out . They cut a hole in our sub floor and left it open to the elements for DAYS. We ended up having another company come out to double check their work. There was still moisture present. Then Service Master tried to patch the floor up leaving big blocks of space. Once we corrected that issue, they cracked our toilet upon removal/reinstall for new flooring. Then the shower wall was cracked on install. Nothing was properly caulked, and old base boards were put back on with water damage. They also went through my husband and I’s private items and our adult toys. I wouldn’t be surprised if they took my underwear as souvenirs, honestly. Here we are over a year later to discover mold behind the shower wall due to improper install. Nothing has been correct or professional and we’re STILL having issues. We have a new baby in our home now as well.

The Service Master Team have been life savers in a multitude of situations. Professional, thorough, trustworthy and responsive, we couldn’t ask for more in a remediation company. Michelle is such a pleasure to work with & maintains a supportive and kind demeanor through difficult scenarios.

Service Master has been great to work with. They did such a great job on our clean up and restoration. Once insurance came through, they were on it to get the job done.

My home insurance call this company to do a clean up water damage on my crawling space and they came and inspected and installed equipment to take care of moisture and dry the water underneath.
They installed a big dehumidifier inside the house and an air scraper outside to suck all the bad air but the outside one was not doing its job because they didn’t set it up right.
They came 3 times to check 3 times every time was like 20 minutes
Also they didn’t gave me a estimate explaining all the work that it was going to be done just said that it was going to be around 20,000 or more so I decided to check another company and it was way cheaper and that did way more work and better
At the end I still get a bill from service master cleaning even they didn’t do any cleaning at work underneath.
Also when they check underneath and install the equipment they didn’t take any precautions like plastic or cover the floors on top of the house for not spreading the mold.
Please if you hiring this company check others first

I had a dishwasher flood my kitchen area. Service Master did an exceptional repair, clean up and overall work on getting me up and going. The key to their success is the individual people that focus on not only repair and replace but customer satisfaction. They have the best individual subcontracters that do the work and are constantly checking with the customer on letting you know what to expect next. Anna is the Best at customer service!

What a great business! Brandon and team were on time everyday and completed the job on time. They cleaned up everyday and my roof looks great! Would definitely recommend them.

Brandon came to my house about three years ago and told me my roof replacement could wait three years or so. I was so impressed with his honesty I promised him I would call him in about three years. I did reach out to Brandon, about three years later (2021). He came to my house, on a Saturday so my husband could be home, got up on my roof and said the total roof replacement was not immediate. My husband was so relieved as he anticipated it worse than it was.

I was so relieved!! I appreciate Brandon for his honesty (both times). That tells me everything I need to know about Brandon and his character, his integrity! I will call him again, when it's time for the roof replacement.

When I asked a home inspector we know from our church if he would recommend a roofer, he suggested Meridian Roofing - said they do a good job. He was spot on! They were easy to work with, I was impressed with how well they cleaned up, the new roof looks top-notch, and we were pleasantly surprised with the cost: our neighbor went with someone else, paid thousands more, and didn’t get the “upgrades” that Meridian Roofing puts into their quote without charging extra for them. Would definitely go with them again!

Brandon came out promptly when requested. Inspected our roof and found a couple areas that needed some attention and he took good care of it immediately. Brandon is very friendly, helpful and professional. His price was very reasonable. Not to mention he did it the day before a big rain storm hit kudos Brandon!!!

I live some distance away from Brandon so didn't have him do my actual job but he served in an "advisory" capacity for me. He was great, spending over an hour going over bids and answering lots of questions for me. If I lived in the same area I would absolutely hire him!
