My apartment complex uses this company,and it's sucks if I could give it zero stars I would.. they come and don't stay more than 10 minutes "cleaning" the floors and don't move a single thing they will only get what they can see. When they leave it's an overpowering chemical nasty orange smell and the carpets take a day or 2 to dry. In the 9 years I've lived here they have come twice and both times none of my neighbors were happy with the service. You can rent a better carpet shampooer from home depot and don't yourself honestly.

Let me start with this.... INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE from start to finish!!! This entire team is top notch, they are courteous, friendly, and very professional. From my first interaction will Jill to schedule the work being done, to Matthew and his entire team showing up to complete it was nothing short of fantastic!! The work that was done is second to none, and well beyond my expectations. I will tell you, they truly do care about doing the right thing for their customers, job well done!! I would highly recommend PG Long to any friends and family, as they took great care of me. Will return to them for all of my needs in the future.

Well Pipe broke in empty apt. above me, Your company got rid of all the water and your restoration crew ( Zach and Justin ) came in to fix it. It was a lot of work, but Zach knew exactly what needed to be done. It took them a couple of days to do all the work. They were very professional and polite, they did a great job cleaning everything up. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Great job to be done.

I looked for a carpet cleaning company to come into our 80 room assisted living facility to clean all the common areas. After some research I chose PG Long based off their reviews. Once I was in contact with Tim, I knew I had made a great choice! Tim's knowledge of carpet cleaning was very evident when he came out for the bid. No matter how tough the stain I would showed him, he assured me they could get it out. Dustin and Jessi came out to perform the cleaning and they did an amazing job! Both were very professional and always were polite to the residents who live here. Because of that great experience, we have started using PG Long for all of our regular carpet cleanings for our 80 rooms along with our common areas. I recently needed a carpet cleaning in a room that had a horrible urine smell. I contacted Jill and scheduled a time. Tim came out a few days before the scheduled cleaning and pre-treated the whole room. Tim then returned a few days later and performed a miracle! I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet but Tim saved it. Thank you Tim!!!
I am very grateful for the amazing customer service and professionalism I receive from Tim, Jill, Dustin and Jessi. I will definitely be recommending PG Long to other facilities in the valley for their carpet cleaning needs.

I called P.J. Long because I saw how well they have cleaned carpets in our senior apartments before, and I needed a couch and love seat cleaned that I had bought that was absolutely filthy, but I really wanted.
Jessie came out and this was a real iffi job, but he was going to give it his best.
Jessi did a fantastic job.
My couch and loveseat came out wonderful.
And Jessi is such a gentleman.
What more can I say about Jessi and P.J. Long than Perfect!
My Son was able to come over this weekend and put my furniture in my house. .. so now you can see the difference. They look New again.

My apartment complex uses this company and I’m not impressed at all. I had an issue where my toilets overflowed the plumbing company which was awesome reported there might be water damage and possibly a faulty wax ring on a toilet. The complex called PG Wrong and they brought over these dirty nasty industrial fans to try to dry the floor. These fans are filthy and stink like urine and mildew. I don’t understand how they can look at these fans and think it’s ok to bring them into someone’s residence. Clean your fans.

This is my second review of this company. The first was about dirty nasty fans stinking up my apartment. Today a technician from the local office came to inspect my bathroom where the dirty nasty fans were. Then he removed the dirty nasty fans at my request. Did some tests and determined that the toilet is leaking around the base. The he stood in my living room and yelled at me for leaving a review that he didn’t agree with saying it wasn’t the fans that stink they were just kicking up the odor from the toilet leaking. Which may be true. But this guy really pissed me off by yelling at me in my house. If it were up to me I wouldn’t let PG Long do any work in my apartment unfortunately the property management company has a contract with them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Our property management called them to take care of a leak in our ceiling. The guys that came out were on point, friendly, and very accommodating. Excellent customer service, five stars, all the way!!!

Great service. We use PG Long at work all of the time. I hired them to clean my old apartment and patch a few areas. They were prompt in setting up the appointment and were there the next day. Shout out to Tim and Tristan who knocked out the work fast. We took longer picking out the color for carpet replacement than it did for them to fix the patches. Definitely recommend them

Jim and Van with Gutter Done did a great job! Very Happy! Just looks so much better! Our previous gutter company, did the bare minimum and it showed! After newly installed gutters we had ice sickles hanging all around our house and come to find out they didn't even install our leaf guards we had paid for. The gutters were bunch of short pieces put together. But now we have full length of house custom cut pieces and just looks like there's more hardware installed and aligned correctly. Very finished, Very clean looking! Thank you!!! 😊

Gutter Done cleaned and repaired my gutter system. The entire process from initial quote through completion of the work went well. Their workers are highly professional and knowledgeable. High quality work at a fair price.

Jim was very capable and seemed very professional, he was very comfortable on the roof and ladders, which we are not. Appreciated him showing photos of the repairs after he was completed. Would highly recommend Jim and Gutter Done.

Andrew came out and did our estimate and offered great suggestions to our problem areas. Brandon and Avery did a fantastic job putting up the gutters! They communicated well and offered great suggestions on down spout placement. They did not rush the job and left our place looking sharp! Will definitely recommend their services.

The guys at gutter done were great! Everyone was always super helpful and friendly. Jim the installer was amazing. He was very professional and very friendly. He did the job in much less time than I expected, and did a great job. The gutters look great.

Brandon and Kyler did an awesome job replacing our gutters with a higher capacity system and with gutter guards. They were very responsive to questions and changes.

Jim and Wayne were super fast, did a great job. They didn't leave behind a mess and my house looks amazing. Really appreciated their professionalism!
