These guys did a really great job redoing our roof. Everything was covered through insurance other than the deductible of course. Once they got the go ahead from the insurance company they were scheduled within 2 days and done in one! Great communication through our contractor Chris. Would recommend them in the future.

I got the quote on a Friday and the job was completed the next Tuesday, in one day. The crew cleaned everything up like they wasn't even there. We are very pleased with our new roof! The process from down payment to completion was only about a week (shorter than we had been told initially). Everything was terrific from start to finish including the cleanup (they completed it in one day!). We had excellent communication throughout the process with Tim, the salesman, and the team on-site. We’d recommend Platinum Roofing to family & friends.

Great company and fair prices. Tim was the best to work with. There was a discrepancy on the shingle type I chose and agreed upon but Tim's response to the situation made it a fair deal in the end. So far the roof looks great amd we shall see how it holds up over the winter.

I would characterize it as an average job. Not overly impressed, but not disappointed either. Project manager, Tim, was outstanding however. Had some issues with the ridge cap as it was originally installed and I had to call them back to redo that. I was a little disappointed in the attention to detail there. However, the owner also stopped by the house and listened to my concerns and they eventually made it right for me. So, full credit for integrity. Have only had just a little rain since they installed it, so I can’t really say until we get heavy rain and snow this winter how good of a job was really done. I would recommend them based on integrity and willing to make it right.

I am very pleased with the roof installation provided by Platinum Roofing and Construction in October 2025. They were prompt and professional, answered all of my concerns. They went above and beyond my expectations at a great price for the size of our home. They finished on time and did a good job of cleaning up.. I would definitely highly recommend them.
