We had a leak in our tub upstairs that resulted in water damage to the upstairs bathroom and the ceiling on the main floor. ServPro was very fast to respond and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. They got things done quickly with no mishaps and kept everything very clean and organized. Bennett and his team did an amazing job and I would absolutely recommend them!

Curtis and Preston did an excellent and thorough job on the cleaning and remediation. I had several contractors in the crawlspace that were amazed at how very clean the space was after Servpro had completed their cleaning. We are so thankful, since we have allergies in our family, and it is very important to us to make sure that the job was done thoroughly.
Hopefully we don’t have a water damage anytime in the future, but Servpro would be our first choice if we needed help again!

We had a small river in our crawl space after returning home from vacation. SERVPRO to the rescue! They responded quickly, evaluated the situation, and explained our options. Immediately they began pumping the water out of the crawl space. I believe that their prompt response helped save any further damage to our recently renovated home.

I would like to acknowledge and thank our SERVPRO team: Junior, Bennett, and Ian. Junior was the project manager and even though he was very busy, he always had time to answer our questions. Bennett and Ian performed all the necessary work. They kept us informed of what the next steps were and when they would be coming. Normally we would have had two different teams on our project but Bennett and Ian were so good that I asked if they could continue to work with us until completion.

If you’re concerned about a mess during and after the work as I was, you will be pleasantly surprised. Bennett and Ian took great care to ensure that no damage was done to our recently refinished hardwood floors. They were also very respectful of our home and kept everything very clean and tidy.

Quick to respond in a very stressful situation when my neighbors washer leaked into my townhouse! Junior and Trent were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions especially when my insurance company wouldn't respond to me or give me any guidance. What a great experience we had with ServePro of Boise!! After an accidental flooding in our mud/laundry room, Sam came out to estimate the damages, Junior, Curtis and the rest of the mitigation team did all the demo, Richard coordinated the repairs and Ron did a fantastic job putting it all back together!!! Everyone involved was very personal, professional, great communicators via text, email and in person, as well as neat, tidy and everyone did excellent work ...every step of the way!!

Packed and unpacked my house after a flood they did beyond an excellent job on time and unloaded and stack everything so that I could get to it and let me tell you it was nine pods worth so there was a lot of work here. They should be commended on how well they do things and how thorough If you have a problem with water fire or anything, these are the people that you wanna deal with. Here’s a small sample

In the beginning it was amazing, there was great communication between Sam, Ryan, the demo team and myself, they kept me 100% informed, and updated me on everything that was going. Demo team came on Monday and completed their work by Wednesday. And after a week I still haven’t heard anything from the re-build team, so I had to reach out, Jeff came out on a Wednesday, he said I was his only house he was working on and he would get back to me in a couple days. That was three weeks ago. Still haven’t heard anything from him.
2 of my 3 bathrooms are destroyed, unusable!
I’ve been told that for some reason ours is to take longer than normal and nobody knows why.
Tried to call this morning to talk to a supervisor named Jennifer, but still haven’t heard anything back.
