Very Nice guys, but the huge problem is that all three of them that showed up did NOT speak any English. I mean they spoke 0 !! I could NOT communicate with them at all... They couldn't do the job right because they were here before and cut my carpet and pad- so when they came back out to stretch it and fix the tacs or nails sticking out they couldn't!!! I've been stepping on very sharp nails or tacs just to enter my bathroom. The metal strip they put down does NOT COVER THE NAILS AND DOES NOT MEET THE SEAM OF THE CARPET!!!!! IM ANGRY!! I CANT WALK IN MY OWN HOME BAREFOOT!!! Then they picked up a hundred year old antique desk with glassware on top that is also antiques and didn't even ask me!!? I would have moved it.... They showed up 22 minutes early which is normally fine, but I wasn't ready for them and again couldn't communicate with them I had to talk with their boss on the phone!! They left clear plastic movers tape stuck to my bathroom cabinets ... They left what looks like hot glue all over my toilet and vanity. All over my make-up case!!! Wood chips and pieces of carpet all over my bathroom floor!! Just very unprofessional.. I was highly disappointed.... I don't wear shoes in my home, but I couldn't communicate that to them!! They don't cover their feet with any protection in the DEAD OF WINTER!! And needless to say I had a hour of cleanup and mess!! They were nice and polite but very unprofessional and you can't talk to them!! Never again! They should have done the job right in the first place.

I have worked with PG long for over 7 years and the have always been professional, prompted, respectful, thorough, and the list goes on! Not to mention you can't beat their prices. Great people to work with whether your getting carpets cleaned or dealing with a full restoration project. I can't recommend them enough!

I just had my carpet cleaned and stretched by Dustin @ PG Long. OMG He did a fabulous job and was kind, courteous and professional to boot. Dustin had to stretch carpet in 5 rooms then thoroughly clean all the carpet throughout the house. My carpet looks fabulous now. I am so happy. After having Dustin clean and stretch the carpet, I have decided No More Stanley Steamer! PG Long is 5 star all the way! Loved the outcome plus the carpet smells so good. I highly recommend. Call them.

PG long is always there when we need them, works with our schedules when they can and they carpets always come out wonderful. Cannot say enough good about Tim, Veronica and crew. Would recommend them to anyone that has carpet cleaning or water removal needs.

We have used PG Long for years and are always more than satisfied with not only the carpet cleanings/repairs, but with their friendly service as well. Tim has always been so attentive to every detail, including the adjustments needed to clean our berber carpet. He responds quickly, jumps through hoops to makes sure we are taken care of in a timely/efficient manner and always makes sure we are happy. Wouldn't trust our floors with anyone else!

Carson was our technician and he did a fantastic job listening to the issues I have with my carpets. Carson then took the time discuss what he thought would work best to clean my carpets. My children are both disabled and he was very careful to make sure the machines didn't upset them. He also was very fast to insure he didn't disrupt their schedules for the day. This company has very professional and kind employees. I will be sure to refer this company to my family.

I manage an apartment community in the Boise area and work with PG Long for all carpet cleaning and flooring replacement needs. I cannot speak highly enough of PG Long. From the office staff to the technicians that come out to perform services, everyone is a pleasure to work with and provide excellent customer service. In addition to the great work they do at the apartment community I manage, I recently had carpet cleaning service performed at my home. PG Long was recommended by a close friend of mine - usually we would go with another outfit to get our carpets (residential) cleaned, but after having PG Long over to clean and repair a bit of carpet, they'll be my primary provider for anything floor related.

The level of efficiency, professionalism and friendliness goes above and beyond what we expected. The technician (Dustin) who came over and performed the cleaning/repair was thorough and communicated every step of the way. An estimate which was given before work started stayed the same even when the scope of work changed slightly. That being said, not only were they unmatched on the work they perform, they are by far, the most cost effective company to hire for the scope of work they are able to perform. They've earned my business and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for floor related work to be completed.

PG Long Flooring has been my go to flooring provider for about 15 years. They have installed all the flooring in our Idaho apartment complex, as well as in our rentals over the border in Oregon. When we wanted to sell a rental, we made sure it had beautiful PG Long flooring, and prospective buyers raved over it. The quality is great, and yet it costs less than a cheap product from Home Depot. Brian always comes through for me, making sure that I am completely happy with all the work. That means a lot to me. We have also used their carpet cleaning business for many years and love the job they do! Thanks guys!

We recently had the opportunity to work with PG Long as a vendor for our property management company. While our initial experiences were satisfactory, a significant issue arose during a dispute over a water leak. This leak was caused by PG Long not properly reattaching a washer drainage hose after completing flooring work.

During the resolution process, I spoke with two employees: Brittany and Brian. Brittany was exceptionally helpful and caring, demonstrating a genuine concern for our situation. Her professional and empathetic approach was greatly appreciated during a stressful time.

However, my interaction with Brian, the store manager, was quite the opposite. Brian was rude, unhelpful, and quick to shift the blame, which added unnecessary frustration to the situation. His lack of accountability and poor customer service were disappointing.

Ultimately, the issue was resolved, and PG Long provided a refund. However, there was no follow-up or apology from Brian, which left a sour note on an otherwise resolved issue. While the refund was appreciated, the lack of an apology or follow-up from the store manager was disappointing and fell short of the customer service standards we expect.

I have been using PG Long carpet cleaning for years. Not just personally but for my business needs as well. I always ask for Jesse who does an amazing job! Always on time, courteous and leaves our house looking great!!

Waited 3 days for a follow up call to receive info and estimate on doing a flooring and repair job. I called several times to connect with the person I was told that handles that area of their company. I still received no response or call back. This morning when I called they said they couldn't do the job because they had no one to work this area. Then they suggested that I call to another State (Oregon) to find assistance. I would not recommend this company as their communication is terrible.

Just completed a second large project with PG Long and the crew did a great job installing. I'm as impressed with the office staff working with us on some delays we had, and sticking to the proposed bid. Very reliable.

We’re very pleased with the services and will continue to use them. Karson has done a fantastic job year in and year out. Overall PG Long is a great company and we’ve used them for their restoration services & carpet cleanings as well. The technicians are always super friendly and very communicative.
