I don't have a reason to tell someone NOT to use Cascade Custom Construction, but my experience was subpar.

I had been in communication with a member of their team about building on a lot. I was explicit about my budget and situation and I was assured that their minimum build cost was well below (actually a third of my budget), leaving me room to buy property.

When we set up a meeting to discuss construction plans, the builder told me their minimum build cost was much higher. Apparently there is some miscommunication or misunderstanding within their company.

They unnecessarily wasted my time. They did apologize and I forgive them. The builder said he would talk to the marketing guy, so hopefully this issue is resolved. However, I want others to know to make sure that they are getting accurate information.

Every time I’ve dealt with Cascade customs they have always managed to raise the standard. Marcus was so personable and knowledgeable when we spoke!

I used Brent and his team for a pretty small project for this company, a 20X8 shed with insulation and electrical. In fact, Brent never came out and said this to me, but I feel like he only agreed to my project because we struck up a conversation at the local Home Show and after telling him I was a veteran and him seeing my desire for this shed within a reasonable budget, he agreed to do it. As with any project, there were some hiccups, but Brent not only made everything right, but kept to the budget. This kind of character is hard to find nowadays. I would use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone who reads this.

Built a beautiful shop on time and on budget! They were good at communicating through the build. Matched the color of the house for us too, couldn’t be happier.

Cascade Custom Construction built us a beautiful 40x60 shop. It turned out better than we hoped. He helped bring our vision to life. The attention to detail was spot on, the job site was left clean and communication on job progress was exceptional. He was available to answer the million questions we had during the process. He made sure shop matched our home perfectly. We couldn't be happier.

Brent did not build to code, follow plans or complete my build after I paid him. I was left with an unfinished barndominium that would not have survived the winter. I had to pull out a second mortgage to pay another contractor, to fix all the damages in the pictures attached, to get it to pass inspection so I wouldn’t lose everything over the winter. I did win a lawsuit against Brent, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to cover all the costs. Feel free to reach out for further info.

Cascade Custom has been very accommodating with all my questions. I have been looking for a company to build a barndominium and after a lengthy search and multiple visits to their office I chose them. I am confident that they will exceed my expectations when the project is completed.

We have had many great times in our Barn built by Brent and his team. We have enjoyed the space for regular harvesting over the past three years as well as hosting many community and family gatherings. During the build, Brent was available to answer questions as well as take care of any concerns that came about. I continue to feel comfortable reaching out to Brent should I need.

We designed and built a house with Asbury last summer. The entire team is great to work with. The build quality is exceptional. They were extremely organized which made for an efficient build process. We added a couple unique features to the house that made for more complicated plumbing and electrical but Asbury figured it out and made it happen!
