I had Old Town Electric come to my house and the owner, Rick Frandin arrived on time and his vehicle looked professional right off the start. Rick was very polite and professional Rick got to work and was able to get the work requested done in a timely manner and was able to explain everything to me in detail. Rick’s knowledge of electrical is amazing. He replaced fixtures, ran new wires that were really outdated, replaced outlets a replaced them with the proper GFI plugs ran a 220 outlet for me outside for my welder and completely replaced my entire electrical breaker box my house was supposed to have. He literally fixed what another so called professional electrician did wrong. My inspector came out and said he had never seen a box so organized and said Rick was better than he had seen. I would use him again and again. Top notch business. You can’t go wrong with Old Town Electric.

Rick is without a doubt the most professional and capable contractor we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has been our electrician since 2005 and has done everything from fixing a light switch that was wired wrong (by me) to complete remodels. In his time of coming for a consultation he fixed my son’s heating unit that was non functioning due to a fuse. Rich installed a switch and their hvac unit was fixed.

Also, an outdoor conduit had been snagged and rich fixed that too. Neither of these issues were the main reason for our call to old town Electric but both were fixed before Rick left the home. Truly a resource for your electrical needs.
