I had a stain that I couldn't quite get out myself. I made a quick call to PG Long and Jill set me up an appointment for the next day. Rhys was the technician assigned to get it out and he did it fast and to perfection. I can now be proud to show off my floors to my family without the worry of embarrassment due to that nasty stain. I will definitely be calling for Rhys again.
Carpets took nearly 8 hours to dry they were so wet. Edges still had pet fur on them although I was told they would take care of that. When they finally dried, I could feel the soap scum on them. The carpets were sticky and did not feel clean, like they were not rinsed well. Of course they look good when they are wet, but they didn't smell clean either. Been around long enough I know the difference between a clean carpet and a job well done and one not. Don't recommend this company.
I'm sure their flooring is fine but they send technicians to do flooring (specifically the rude human in truck 17) to install flooring on a second floor apartment bedroom directly above my bed at 6:45 in the morning even though I'm certain they know not to until 8:00am. I hope he never finds peace
Was trying to get our floors replaced due to a flooding in our home. My boyfriend used PG long all the time when he worked in the apartment business. Tim came to our house a few times clean our carpets (only reason this is getting 2 stars is because he was super nice, and I enjoyed talking to him). Anyways, my boyfriend wanted to try and use PG long to replace our floors, and since he knew a couple of the employees, we wanted to try and support them. After numerous attempts to contact, and try to get samples, we got no calls back, got the runaround, and one of the girls (not naming names) said she would leave samples out for my boyfriend to pick up, and apparently "forgot" to do so. They kept saying how busy they were.. at this point we are customers and we were trying to give them aome business.. and my boyfriend had told me thay they have dropped off samples for clients in fhe past. Someone finally dropped off apartment style samples at our house after he complained handful of times. My boyfriend even tried one or 2 more times to get a quote, and we STILL got ignored. We took our business elsewhere (since we needed our floors replaced by May 20th), and will not be considering, nor recommending PG long for our future flooring needs.
Tim and his carpet cleaning crew go above and beyond what any other carpet crew Parkview has used goes. He is great about getting back to us quickly and is very professional! We'd highly recommend Tim and his team!!!
