Jonathan & Darren had just done our quarterly treatment. That night we found mice in the corner of our yard. We hadn't seen any sign of them up til then. I texted Jonathan & Darren that night. They came back the next day to take care of our mice problem. They are amazing!

Jonathan has always done an outstanding pest control work. I have no longer experienced any spiders and ants problem in my property since I hired PestEx services.

PestEx has been a wonderful service provider. Outside of the regularly scheduled visits, Chuck will come at a drop of a hat if needed. I texted him late on a Saturday afternoon telling him I was starting to see ants and he asked if he could come over right then. PestEx has been a lifesaver! I had a stink bug infestation that I would encounter as summer turned to fall. We had an ant problem, and an earwig problem that we were unaware of until Darren came out to look at our office building! He pointed out that we had earwigs and I had no idea. After their treatment, everything he said would happen, happened, some came to the surface and died and then they are now completely gone. They were quick, efficient, and thorough with our pest control job and I would HIGHLY recommend Darren and PestEx to anyone looking for a quality pest control company with great prices.

After a stressful encounter with a backyard full of wasps, we were fed up! I noticed a well kept PestEx truck across the street taking care of our neighbor, and decided to give them a call . What a fantastic experience!! Chuck was over in less than 15 minutes (after finishing with the neighbor), and cleaned up the multitude of wasp nests that had taken residence in our back yard, in less than half an hour! I have only had one service but so far I am completely impressed! Jonathan explained his service thoroughly and keeps you updated every step of the way. He also sends an invoice to your email that is very detailed about the services he provided, the products used, and the areas treated. He even provides pictures of it! No contracts and it is super easy to pay for the service with a link on the invoice. I have always supported local services, and it is so nice to get excellent service. Absolute 5 stars!!!

Always ontime and communicative. We live on 10 acres in an old home. For years we used another pest control company and still had bugs, spiders, rodents, etc so I figured it was just part of living on a small farm in a 100 year old home. PestEx changed that completely though -- we've used them for over a year and haven't seen a single mouse, the bugs and spiders are practically non-existent. Given their professionalism and their results, this is an easy 5 star review to give.

I wanted to give PestEX a five star rating, actually it’s my second five star rating. I have given them, but after they took a gopher out of my grass in my backyard on the second day of trying, I had to give them another big thank you. They are nice, they have great equipment, and they know what they’re doing.

Highly recommend this company. They were very friendly and thorough explaining everything. So far we haven't had any bug problems and expect it to stay that way. If you are looking for a fairly priced company that treats their customers right, this is the one for you.

I never thought I would have to have a "bug guy". In Idaho, it's a necessary relationship and I couldn't be happier with the one I've developed with this company. Jonathan has been so wonderful every time I have called him with the latest panic inducing event. Gophers, mice, a huge surprise pile of unidentified bugs in the middle of my garage, and everything in between.
