When I went to turn on my sprinkler system this spring there was a leak in the main valve (30 year old system) Pacific Backflow came out did an assessment and it was a "major" deal. We where, actually, more concerned about having the yard seriously dug up then the anything else.
They came out replaced and updated the main and the drain and when finished you could, just tell, that some digging had occurred but the landscaping was wonderfully maintained.

I've been with them for a few years my backflow tested and sprinklers blown out. They work well with getting my invoices and communications promptly and electronic. They make things convenient and do a great job.

I have used this company for many years, to have my backflow device inspected. They are able to get this completed in a reasonably short amount of time even during the busy springtime. I recommend Pacific Backflow when you need to have your backflow device tested.

Pacific Backflow came out a few days ago to test our backflow unit. 100% hassle-free and I've found this is rare in Boise. The technician showed up at the appointed time, let us know he would test the unit in our backyard and if there was a problem then he would let us know, otherwise he would leave and send us the report and invoice.

A detailed report was mailed out that evening and an easy-pay invoice online. I appreciate this, a small business in Boise using 21'st century technology to make this experience hassle-free deserves a good review. Thanks!

We've been using Pacific Backflow for several years. They are timely, responsive and great to work with. Robert knows his stuff and educated me on the importance of winterizing your intake/backflow valves and blowing out your sprinklers. We had always had quality customer service from Pacific Backflow… until now. We called to ask if they did work on irrigation spigots. Instead of answering the question they scheduled a service tech to come to our home (a service call we did not request). When he showed up unexpectedly, he did answer our question, spent a minute on our property and then we were charged a “trip charge” for “not canceling prior to arrival”. I guess if we knew it was scheduled we could have canceled it.

Since then, all calls to Pacific Backflow have gone unanswered and no voicemails have been returned. Emails to Pacific Backflow have not been returned, either. We may pay the $20 just to close the issue, but it will be the last $ they ever see from us. Pretty frustrating as a customer who has worked with this company for at least five years.

Pacific Backflow has been very efficient and cost effective for testing our backflow for the past 3-5 years. The last two years we asked them to add sprinkler blowouts as a service and both years they missed adding us to the schedule after confirming we were added. Last year I ended up having to do it myself but this year they came out and did it for us off their normal schedule. While frustrating last year and this year, they made it right so back to 5 star review.

Well, we scheduled in Feb to get ahead of things, they came out in April, we paid them the next day. They NEVER REPORTED TO THE CITY. We started getting shut off notices & started calling Pacific. No one to talk to and left several voice messages. No return calls. A month later we are scheduled for water shut off. Had to pay someone else to do it again! Not acceptable!!
