Peter showed up as scheduled. Price paid was price quoted. There was an additional cost for some stained areas but I was informed of that cost when I made the appointment so there were absolutely no surprises with pricing. Peter was thorough and professional but also personable. The job was done in a short amount of time and the results were great! The stained areas are gone and my carpets look fantastic!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Peter is great! Very professional, explained his quoting and what he'll be doing, added enzymes to the high traffic and cat pee areas, took his time to make sure everything looked really great. I can't recommend him enough for carpet cleaning. We will definitely hire him again to do additional rooms!

Wow just wow! Peter is responsive, friendly, and gets the job done efficiently and well. I’m had carpets stained with old and new dog pee (old dog) stains in 7 places. I didn’t think the carpet could be saved. Peter proved me wrong. He lifted all the stains and my carpet and home smell and look like new. Thank you

We had new carpet installed July 2024 and it was very dirty from a renovation project we just underwent. While looking online my primary focus was on other customers reviews. Peter's stood out in this category and the comments left by his customers led me to choose this company. Peter was at our home on time for our appointment and used "guards" to protect our walls and furniture...which I have never seen another company use. He was professional and courteous, taking the time to text me a photo while he was upstairs cleaning our master bedroom carpet, to show me that stains had come out! I couldn't be happier with his work! Our carpet looks new again! I highly recommend this company and will use only them in the future.

Peter was professional, friendly, and thorough. He used protectors for door frames, a towel to avoid tracking in water and to time to clean spots. We will definitely use him again.
