I paid close to a 1000.00 for them to do a move out clean plus walls/windows and let me tell you every person who’s walked into the house has said the same thing which is that it isn’t very well done for the cost.. there was several things they said they couldn’t do which is cool and all but I feel like for what I paid the house should be amazing and it’s just subpar. I am giving them 2 stars because the ladies who came to clean were very nice and came back after I complained of a few things.. even the landlord was unimpressed with their job.. It’s also annoying how many survey texts I have received, one should be enough..

The team of women who take care of my cleaning needs are fabulous! They are always on time and work quickly and efficiently. They do an amazing job and leave me with a beautiful, clean house.

Stephanie and her team are friendly, flexible and do a nice job. I was gone for a long period of time for a family death and called to ask to have my home cleaned before I returned and they immediately scheduled my clean and completed the job for me. Thanks so much for your kindness during this time. :)

The girls always do a fantastic job! I’m never disappointed when I get home after a long day and my house is spotless!!! We have a very difficult floor to clean and it always perfect!!! I would highly recommend them. Tammi and her team are the best! Always friendly! Always on time! Very dependable!

Did well with the areas they cleaned, and got behind the stove wall which was pretty caked with grease which was good. There were other areas i wanted them to clean that they said wasn't something they did. They had 2 people here for 8 hours and we paid about $800 so that is $50 per hour per person which is pretty expensive. We also had to sign a contract and pay prior so we couldn't add or delete things from the cleaning list later which we didn't like.

Merry Maids was professional, timely, and gave helpful text notices. They graciously were able to adjust their schedule to accommodate mine. Their service was excellent!

My Merry Maiids did a BEAUTIFUL job! All the construction dust is gone and it’s such a relief! The floors look great and the kitchen and baths are clean and sparkly. They did a great job getting the cabinets and blinds clean. Everything was straightened and put back in its proper place. So thankful for Kristi and Cerra :))

Thoroughly is the best way to describe your team. Nothing done halfway, pleasantly surprised. Works around our schedules with a mixed work from home lifestyle. Our two cats aren't stressed and house looks great.

I was comfortable with the individuals cleaning my home. I work out of my house. I could keep on working while the house was cleaned. I felt like my fairy godmother stopped by and presto everything was clean. I would recommend Merry Maids. The services are totally worth the cost. Finally, my stress level is reduced because I know the house will be cleaned on a schedule.

Kacey, Betty and Ashley did a fabulous job deep cleaning my home. There was dog hair and months of dust build up everywhere, including the blinds. I am so happy to have a clean home and I highly recommend them!

Been using Merry Maids since 2003 ... Reliable, polite, and easy to work with. Changing schedules when I travel is never a problem. Some cleaning crews are very, very good. Others are sometimes not so efficient. The fact that I've been with them for nearly 14 years is testament enough to consider that an endorsement.

Wednesday (and the Wednesday after next and every other Wednesday after that) is my ABSOLUTE favorite day of the week! You know why? Well, that's because my house is absolutely beautiful when I get home from work!!! You know how? Destini and her team make my house SPARKLE every other Wednesday! I was hesitant at first to hire a company to clean, but the truth is, I save so much time not scrubbing that I can spend it on other things that I actually enjoy doing, like spending time with my family!!! I chose Merry Maids of Boise after interviewing a few other companies because Stephanie and her office team were hands down the most professional, organized and helpful when it came to figuring out what our house needed within our budget. Stephanie, has continued to provide excellent customer service and has gone above and beyond to assure our needs continue to be met. My only regret is not hiring Merry Maids sooner!!!!!

Did a great job. Two hours and some change for my bachelor pad(we’re kinda gross). Did great with the dogs. Missed on small hand print on the the wall, but nobody is perfect. Thank you Adriana and Karissa specifically.

Karissa and Adriana showed up for our first deep cleaning. They introduced themselves, got acquainted with the house and then asked a series of questions about what to touch/not touch, areas of emphasis, how I prefer the wood floors treated, and if certain items can be moved around for cleaning. They then set about working for the next 4 hours. I left them alone halfway through to attend a family event. When I returned later with my wife, she was almost in tears at the incredible state of the house. The crew managed to clean some things that we had struggled with using various chemicals and techniques. Everything critical was polished and spotless, dusted, scrubbed, etc. Some random dirty dishes were hand-washed and set to dry, loose change and jewelry was laid out and organized. There were even several little cutesy touches, like arranging stuffed animals, pillows, loose photographs, etc. in displays. It was an incredible deep clean, and we're looking forward to our regular visits from now on.

When I called, Stephanie was able to get me in the next day. The crew came earlier than expected and were incredibly nice. They did such a good job, working quickly and efficiently. I moved into an older house that had been vacant for a few months. They asked questions and even helped clear a few things out of the cabinets that I hadn’t gotten to yet. I would highly recommend their services and use their services again.
