Steve spent a lot of time examining my 15 year old furnace, and explaining what he found. He also tested all the furnace functions and gave me excellent advice on next steps for continued quality heating in my home.

Steve was awesome! He was very accommodating with our schedule and very friendly. Everyone else said we needed a new furnace for a home we just bought. To start with, Steve has excellent communication. We texted our situation to him and he responded shortly.

He is on the business of repair if possible, instead of replace (as so many HVAC services are tending towards these days). So, when he makes a recommendation, I do have confidence that it's in my best interest. I believe he's giving me honest advice and service.

Lastly, I've watched him work on occasion and I can tell that he has a thorough knowledge of HVAC equipment. You'd have to have a wide range of knowledge to be able to repair instead of replace!
