Had Jeff come out and give a quote on some work for me. Not only was his pricing very fair, he was incredible to work with. Great guy, great prices, great company. I will absolutely call them for all my work from here on out.

I am the General Manager of a restaurant and was told by one plumbing company that I have a collapsed drain…I was skeptical and then Jeff came in and said “let me take a look” I scheduled a time that it wouldn’t effect business. He and his team came and not only diagnosed the problem (which wasn’t a collapsed drain) but also installed a backflow device for me! I couldn’t be more thankful for their help and assistance! I am recommending them to all of my other stores! Unbridled work doesn’t even come close to what this company does! If you honest and trustworthy, this is the company!

Byers completed a commercial basement plumbing piping and sewer upgrade and did a very nice job! Their proposal pricing was reasonable and they communicated well to ensure everything I expected to have done was done right and professionally. Last week I reached out to Jeff he was recommended from a client of mine. We had a methane smell coming from our guest bathroom. We reached out to our builder previously and they had the company who installed everything in our home and they said they didn't know what was making the smell and td us they couldn't do anything for it..... We were super frustrated and embarrassed to have people over and use the guest bathroom. When I called him and he instantly suggested doing a smoke test to find out where the leak was. He came over did the test and instantly figured out where the leak was that was causing the smell! He and his partner (I'm sorry I forgot his name) were super quick and left no mess behind! They pulled out our toilet and sealed something that wasn't sealed properly, changed the wax ring ,and placed the toilet back and wallah the smell has not came back!!!!! And to top it off, he was super personable and I felt comfortable having them in the house without my husband. He even left my dog a bandana! I am more than pleased and impressed with my experience with this company! I will be recommending them to my clients for insurance claims issues and all my friends and family in the area!!!! 10 out of 5 stars!!!!

In a local big box store I looking for a vanity that would accommodate the weird plumbing in my bathroom. I met Jeff Baker, the service manager of BYERS PLUMBING. He was returning a vanity and I was struggling to choose one. I helped him choose an attractive one and he was pleased because the back was open. We chatted. He is a nice human being. very helpful. He gave me useful advice. As he was leaving he asked if I had a plumber to do the instal. I said, “ NO do I need one?” His response was “you might.”

Jeff asked if I wanted a business card as he himself is a plumber. Now, how is that for serendipity?

I took his card. One month later, I called him because my cute cabinet was going to need some help in order to fit this weird plumbing in our bathroom. Jeff was reasonable priced and works quickly. I am relived & overjoyed with Jeff’s work. This is a true story. We told Jeff that from now on, he’s our go to Guy for plumbing. I encourage you to give him a call if you need a plumber. You won’t regret it.

Can't say enough good things about Byers Plumbing! We noticed our toilet was leaking late one night, we called one of the big box plumbing companies and they came the next morning and quoted us over $3,500 for a sewage ejector pump replacement and told us it would be an all day job. We called Byers for a second quote and he came the next day and replaced it for a fraction of the cost, in only 1.5 hours! If you are needing plumbing services I would highly recommend Jeff and Byers Plumbing!! Great company and great service! 5-stars all around!

Jeff Baker of Byers Plumbing & Mechanical provided exceptional service in tandem with a restoration project I had going, then also during a separate request by a home buyer when he noticed the water heater wasn't installed quite right. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with the service I received from Jeff at Byers Plumbing. He contacted me quickly after I requested a quote, came out first thing the next morning to give me said quote (which was incredibly reasonable) and stayed much longer than anticipated working on a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal that ended up being anything but an easy fix. Jeff is great to work with, very knowledgeable, great sense of humor. He is like an old friend who just happens to be an excellent plumber and gives you the "family discount." He was the most reasonably priced of 4 bids we obtained when needing to replace a water heater. He used high quality components and did not cut any corners. He also talked me out of a very high priced plumbing project which had been "upsold" to me by another outfit. He explained what I needed but more importantly what I did not need. His advice saved me over $10,000. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

Our old water softener died a few days ago and I ordered a new one from Amazon. I had called Byer's Plumbing and two other plumbers for quotes.

Jeff (service mgr.) at Byer's was awesome to work with and provided the best quote, at far below other quotes. I called him at about 1PM today to say the water softener had arrived and he had his plumber at my house within 30 minutes installing it.

The plumber that he send was professional and left the site clean. I would recommend Byer's plumbing to anyone that needs one. Amazing service, very prompt and competitive.

We had just gotten back from vacation, and our hot water heater kept throwing the breaker, so we had no hot water. I called and spoke with Jeff around 8 a.m. the next day, and he stopped by about 2 hours later. He looked things over and diagnosed the problem and the solution within 5 minutes. Our 20+ year old heater had filled with sediment(made worse by a new well we had installed last year) and shorted out the element inside the unit. What made this issue worse is that our hot water heater is in our basement crawlspace, and we would have to remove the toilet in order to remove the dead heater, assuming it was dead because of too much sediment. The other part was that it would've cost us a lot to have it drained and replacing all of the electrical and elements. We worked on pricing and the work detail and settled on our best option monetarily, which was to install a heater in the corner of our basement bathroom. We got a great deal on a new heater that is FAR more accessible and more energy efficient with a larger gallon capacity to boot. Jeff was friendly and professional and even swept the floor. He finished the installation by about 6 pm, and we hat hot water for showers the same day we called. Any plumbing issues we have in the future will go through Jeff and Byers Plumbing. Jeff was knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with doing a good job at a fair price. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Jeff at Byers Plumbing, specifically.

We have worked with Byers Plumbing on several projects, but we are extremely disappointed by the conduct of their project manager, Jeff Baker. Jeff recently posted a false and retaliatory review on our business page after we declined to provide him a free rebuild estimate without the standard signed Work Authorization required in the restoration industry.

Jeff knows—based on multiple projects he coordinated with us—that all licensed general contractors require signed authorization before producing an insurance-grade estimate. Instead of acting professionally, he posted an inaccurate and misleading review intended to harm our reputation. This behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on Byers Plumbing.

We request that Byers management address this directly and have Jeff remove his false review immediately. Once Jeff removes his review, we will remove this one and consider the matter closed.
