I’ve had Cassidy out to our home a few times now. My first experience was when we were selling our home and needed him out to address an ‘issue’ that came up on the buyers inspection. He could have easily went along with the complaint of the buyers inspector and sold us on some issue that was reported and charged us but he took some pictures of the actual ‘issue’ which was no plumbing issue at all and gave us some feedback on how to get cleared on inspection. From that moment I knew Cassidy was a honest guy! I’ve had contractors out to my home several times and each time they weasel their way into making some fast cash. Usually resulting in me feeling vulnerable and hesitant on pursing with the labor, specially with me being a woman and not having a ton of knowledge in most of these areas. So after that first interaction, I knew I needed to have Cassidy out to our new place when we had a few quirks come up. Once again, he was quick to communicate when he would be available (which was in a very timely fashion) when he arrived he was ready to put shoe covers on before entering our home - which to me is HUGE! He is thorough, knowledgeable, honest and even takes the time to walk you through possible issues, explain his process and follows up with photos to explain his work. He even addressed some things he saw that we weren’t even aware and took the time to fasten some lose ends with our current plumbing system. Lastly, he is very reasonable when it comes to the expense of service. I will most definitely hire Cassidy to come out again should I had any plumbing issues!

Colebee was awesome! Responded right away to my request for a water heater repair estimate. Gave me a fair price, and was able to come out within 48 hours. He showed up on time and ready to work. He walked me through the issues and told me exactly what he was going to do to fix the problem. He educated me on preventive maintenance I can do myself, to help my water heater last longer.
