Colebee from Running Water Plumbing installed a gas line and also fixed a broken exterior faucet at my home. He showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Without me even asking, he helped remove my old oven and install the new one, which I really appreciated. The quality of work was solid and the whole process was smooth. Most people take the time to complain about services and leave poor reviews - I am not one of them! Built my house 20 years ago and as most homeowners know, things start needing to be replaced - well my kitchen sprayer replacement project turned into more than I expected as things started falling apart when touched.

Calling a plumbing service on a Saturday is a reach but not Running Water Plumbing!!!! Left a message on voicemail and within 30 mins I had a call back and two hours later they arrived for an evaluation of the problem! 48 hours later, my kitchen Faucet was replaced.

Ok, yes, I could have gone to HomeDepot and bought one and crawled under the sink and watched videos on how to do it, but I have found out by having KEYS made at HomeDepot vs a Lock Smith, it just doesn't work the same!

Running Water plumbing was very responsive and helpful. I found them from a web search and liked that they were a locally owned company. They messaged me back the same day and showed up the next morning. Our issue was a little complex with an on-demand hot water heater, but they were able to troubleshoot it, took a significant amount of time, and did not overcharge me. They discussed different options with me and let me choose the cheaper option. Thankfully, the option I chose was successful and we did not need to do anything further. He was very helpful and showed us what to do to help prevent the problem in the future.

I called ColeBee about a clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday morning and he showed up within 30 minutes and unclogged the sink with no issues. He was very courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and respectful. Price was more than fair for an emergency call on a Sunday. Would highly recommend and will be using again if needed.
