Proline provided exemplary service. Technicians were professional, timely, and very knowledgeable in diagnosing and resolving water heater issues. I greatly appreciate Adam taking the time to explain, in detail, issue diagnostics and associated costs to remedy the problem. I will definitely be using Proline for all future services!

I don’t know much about plumbing, but Proline Plumbing made everything so easy for me! My water heater wasn’t working, and they were so sweet and patient explaining what was going on in simple terms I could actually understand. They were professional, efficient, and really good at what they do. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was stress-free. I really appreciated how kind and professional they were. John and the office were both so helpful getting us scheduled and straightened out with our water issues. John is extremely professional, kind, and clearly dedicated to offering the best work out there. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and will be using their services again.

This company (free of charge!!!) Came and rescued 7 baby ducks out of a storm drain at my office! They clearly go up and beyond the normal scope of work to help this community! Mama duck waited with her babies and is with them just behind the bush! I am so grateful to this company and will be recommending their services forever!!!!

Hey I just got my water heater worked on by a plumber his name was Rich. I gotta say he was very efficient and very professional, and did an amazing job fixing my super old water heater. He had great recommendations and advice to prevent problems in the future. He even helped diagnose other issues and problems that I had in my house, which I am extremely grateful for. Matt our tech and Roto Rooter were amazing as always. We had a scheduling mishap this time with a computer glitch but they went out of their way to help correct it and fit us in the next day. It was very much appreciated since we dig the hole ourselves for the septic tank pump clean out and with our ducks and dogs its just not safe to keep a big hole in the yard w/ covered wood. Everyone was so nice and apologetic it just made things easier. Matt went out of his way to answer all my questions and had great ideas how how to keep the tank working correctly and even a way for us to not have to dig the hole each time if we added an extender pipe and lid.
Thank you to everyone see you in another 2 years.
