Luke is the best! Has come out to our place a few times now and has truly given us quality work! He is very professional and personable. His wife Angela who runs the office is very sweet and has quick turn around time. We recommend them to our friends and co workers all the time!

We needed a new gas line run to a BBQ and Quality was recommended to us by a General Contractor that we knew. I called them, and Angela set up an appointment for me. Luke showed up a few minutes early, got to work and advised me all along of his progress. He called in for the City inspection and the next morning came back and finished the hook up of the gas line.
What an impressive company, If you need plumbing service I highly recommend this company they are honest and exhibit the highest level of integrity.

Luke was professional and courteous. He handled the plumbing and fixture installation on a shower remodel. The work was completed with quality, as expected, no surprises and per the quoted price. I will use Quality Service Plumbing again.

More recently, Luke installed a new water heater with special demands, providing hot water to hot water/air exchange furnace, and providing hot water for domestic use (shower, faucets, etc.). Luke designed the system with a temp mixer valve so that the heater can provide “hot” water (135-140deg) to furnace while providing 120 deg water to household use. Perfect! All’s good.

We’ll continue to rely on Luke for our plumbing needs.

Luke is not only the best plumber we’ve ever hired, but the best contractor. We have an old home and have had him over to replace sections of our plumbing infrastructure on multiple different occasions over the past couple years. He’s replaced our main water line, our kitchen sink plumbing and most of our main bathroom plumbing. He’s quick, neat and goes above and beyond what any other contractors have done while working on portions of our home remodel.

Small details that go a long way: he lays down drop clothes wherever he needs to walk. You’d think this would be standard practice, but I promise, it’s not! He wears shoe covers, he leaves a spot cleaner than he found it. And his work is precise and very well done. His rates are lower than competitors and you get so much for the price! Not only that but he’s professional and courteous.

Luke wa great to work with. Gave a great bid with options for others items I was looking at having done. Our whole house was repiped in no time and as promised every night we had water during the process. Angela was excellent to work with over the phone. A few months after our project I needed proof for insurance and she got it to me in a very timely manner. Quality Service Plumbing Exceeded my expectations. Luke arrived at the scheduled time and was able to quickly diagnose my problem and take care of it. The cost was very competitive and I felt comfortable having him work in my home. Though I have not needed any plumbing services since, I will use QSP for all of my plumbing needs.

I recently had an opportunity to install a utility sink in my garage, but it would require new plumbing to be installed. My experiences with the last 4 plumbers at my house had left me doubtful that I would find someone who would do the job with expertise, honesty, and respect. Luke came out to give me a bid and he was the only one who actually went into the crawl space to really see what the job would require. Luke has been easy to work with, fair, respectful, and did an excellent job. I finally do not worry about plumbing issues!

Most Genuine and honest company I have ever hired.

We just had Luke, from Quality Service Plumbing, out to check a concern we had in our Master Bathroom. First, I'll start by saying Luke was very prompt, courteous and professional. What was our concern? After running the hot water in the bathroom sinks, we have heard what sounds like dripping for a short while after we turn water off. He explained that the noise was created from the pipes expanding into a too tight pass through the framing in the house. My husband had already been under the house and we knew it was dry down there. Luke's explanation relieved us as we were prepared for an "I need to cut out under the sink". Expecting a charge for the "house visit", Luke said "no charge". We now have our forever plumbing company! We highly recommend!

Luke and his team are awesome. As we progressed through our remodel Luke and his team were at our place a number of times. Because of this process I was able to watch Luke work on a number of occasions. His work is beautiful (literally). When I moved into my new, old, house they fixed a couple of things in both my shower's and I had them install a gas line for a gas range. Great group to work with and respect for me and my home.
I just recently had them install a water softener in my home. One of the young men was training and was very professional and polite. This small home-grown company is a great pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. From the office to the crew who works in the field, they are always looking out for the customer. They inspected the area they would be working in and kept me in the loop on what was going on. They talk to you like you're family. Luke has done great work on my personal residence as well as my clients that I have referred to him. From water filtering to re/installation of fixtures to clearing clogged drains. We have all been pleased with the quality of work, good communication, timeliness, and reasonable pricing. I will continue to hire him for my work as well as refer to my clients.

One word, integrity. I called Luke to have my 40 year old brass piping under my house inspected because the buyer's inspector reported them as possibly failing due to corrosion. Luke took a look and explained that, back in the day, it was common practice to not wipe off the soldering flux, which with time causes slight oxidization and looks really bad but does not effect the integrity of the pipe at all. Luke could have taken advantage of the situation and told me the pipes were failing and made himself $5,000+ to replace the pipe BUT instead he told me the truth and charged me his very reasonable house call + time fee. Whenever I have plumbing issues in the future I will be calling Luke at Quality Service Plumbing. I have already told everyone I know to use them as well. So should you!

This was the most professional AND affordable plumbing service we've had since moving to Boise 17 years ago. As a homeowner, I was dreading the cost and days of work required to have several pipes replaced throughout the house. Luke came up with a plan and schedule for completion that was efficient and thorough- and very competitively priced. They left the job site spotless everyday.
