Kyle Varner helped us get a new gas line installed for a gas insert fireplace. He was professional, timely, and really seemed to love his job and wanted to help me and my family out. The install went smooth and we had gas burning in no time.

Travis was awesome! We had a kitchen drain clog for quite some time that would always improve but finally it didn’t. Travis snaked the drain, ultimately had to snake from the vent pipe in the roof to clear it! Travis went above and beyond! Also when you call them a real person answers the phone and they were very helpful and understanding. Definitely recommend them. And the sound of my kitchen drain is music to my ears 😊

Feb 2026 Edit (5 months later) Well now the same thing that happened to us through a competitor is happening with Master Plumbing. They charged me 3 days ago and did not fix the issue and are back again and re charging me. I talked to the front desk and requested a supervisor call me to discuss and no one has returned the call. What rip off... off to find a reputable company again... do any exist in the TV?

Original: We had a competitor come out prior to Master who could not get the job done but charged us for it so we were hesitant but still in immediate need to get our pipes cleared. Josh came out at 9 o'clock at night and was the kindest soul you could ask for. The next day, Anthony came out to help us as well and, again, one of the kindest people, especially when you're experiencing an emergency. To no surprise, their experience and knowledge got our pipes cleared and back in business. I have saved their number and will recommend them to anyone in crisis. Thank you so much!

I was blessed with having Master Plumbing come out after a remodel of my two bathroom countertops and Master Plumbing sent Kyle out to install the plumbing for both bathrooms. He did a great job with the installation, testing, and he explained the tools he was leaving behind. Kyle is professional, experienced and knows his craft well. If you are need of a plumbing vendor, I would call Masters and ask for Kyle.

Kyle Varner came today from Master Plumbing and connected our new faucet, garbage disposal & existing filter on the new sink FloForm Counters installed. He was paid by FloForm. Kyle was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. He explained all he was doing and cleaned up after the job. I would welcome him into our home for any future plumbing work we might need.

My water heater stopped working late Sunday. I called Master plumbing and they were able to get someone out to my house that same night. Kyle was extremely professional and courteous! He communicated well about what he was doing and what the cost would be so that it wasn’t a surprise. His quote was exactly what I paid and the service he provided was above and beyond. He not only fixed the issue but left the area cleaner than when he arrived. This was my second time using this company and while I don’t want anything to go wrong, I know that when something does, Master plumbing will be able to handle to job stress free!

Steve came over, was professional, caring, and addressed all issues and concerns. This was an emergency call out on Sunday and he was at the house within the hour and had us fixed up within an hour. Their pricing was up front and transparent and he explained what was needed with pictures before doing the work. I would highly recommend him and Master Rooter for all plumbing repairs. Kyle Varner was very professional and put his shoe covers on when cam inside. He showed me where the where the leak was and how he fixed the problem. Great plumber who did a great job! We will use Master Plumbing again if we have a problem.
