We have been using this company for years. Very knowledgeable honest and always gets the job done. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family also. Luke has went out of his way quickly repairing to save money, or ordering parts for future repairs to save our company money. Honestly calling Luke is like calling family. We have had QSP out to do a lot of different work for us at our old house and our new house. (Finding and repairing a leak, garbage disposal replacement, quotes for remodel, water heater replacement, and recently, unclogging a sink and fixing the drain on a different sink) and they are always amazing. Luke is so incredibly nice and great at what he does. Holden helped install our water heater and he was friendly and efficient. Angela has always promptly made sure we are taken care of for any of our plumbing needs. We are so thankful to know we will be taken care of no matter the situation that arises! It is so nice to have someone to trust for quality service!

I was very Happy with the job these guys did. It was a big job and even Angela was out of their office running parts for them on this one. The team replaced a new tank and rerouted pipes to the kitchen to get us more pressure and hot water in half the time to the kitchen. I wanted galvanized pipes and they had to deal with getting an 80 gallon water tank into the basement down what was basically a spiral staircase. Luke helped install and supply fittings for a filtration system I was installing in the kitchen at no extra cost.they under bid 2 other estimates and the competition wouldn't use galvanized pipe. Good people! so easy to talk to, nice friendly and fast. Many Thanks to the whole team.

Fantastic company to work with. We recently had Quality complete a major repipe, added a sewage ejector pump in the basement, and reconstruct some sewer lines in a 1930's home we're renovating.

From the initial bid to scheduling the work, the whole team has been wonderful to work with. It's sometimes difficult to find honest, trustworthy contractors, but it's been smooth sailing with this company and took a lot of the stress out of this major project knowing that it was in good hands.

From the onset, the initial estimate with Luke, scheduling with Angela, and the work done by Holden and Brodee has seriously been top notch. It's comforting knowing I can always call them up and they will promptly answer my questions, be on time, and have integrity with their work. I do a lot of my own work and to know that an external company will be as fastidious as I am is like finding a needle in a haystack.

When I had questions about the bid and the scope of work, Luke was kind enough to call me back, answer all of my questions with patience, and follow through with what was said.

Highest Recommendation! This is an excellent company to work with. We engaged with them a month before the start of a major Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. We had received three bids and Luke's was definitely the most thorough and he spent the time educating us about the process so we could feel confident generaling the major project ourselves.

Before our remodel had even started we got word of a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the ceiling and floor below while we were out of town. Luke was out there the same day to resolve the issue.

We bought our house knowing the polybutelene pipe would need to be replaced some day. Holden and the rest of the team were really easy to work with the whole time. The price was reasonable and they didn't try to upsell me on additional work. Very respectful in the house and cleaned up after themselves. They even did a great job putting the sod back down. I can tell they take pride in their work and it gave me a lot of confidence that it was done correctly. I highly recommend quality service plumbing.

We had a big gas line puncture in our garage when my hubby was attempting to mount some shelves and it was extremely stressful. It required some specialized tools to repair it. I had a lot of anxiety obout the gas and the tech was so patient with me. They came out and worked with Intermountain Gas well. Holden was the plumber that came out to do the work. He was totally professional, knowledgable and was confident, which gave me reassurance. He didn't mind me asking a lot of questions to try to gain understanding and put me at ease. I called Quality Service plumbing today because my sink backed up and my handy husband was out of town. I called and got Arty. He said he could come by no problem, but also said the problem may be simple and one I could fix myself. He walked me through removing two simple pipe pieces - which is where the blockage had happened. In short, he didn't have to come out because he walked me through how to fix it myself. I was so grateful for this. Because he both taught me how to do something and saved me money. I will be calling his team in the future for any items needing assistance. I needed to get my garbage disposal air switch fixed . I called and had an appointment next day . Luke was assigned my job and he was amazing. He was able to replace my air switch quickly. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would recommend him and his company to anyone needing work done at their house .

They made adding a water softener to my home quick and professional. My house did not have the loop for adding the water softener. The guys took one full day and did over the top work by adding a water spiket in the garage and installing better quality lines in the crawl space. My wife has been dreaming of soft water showers out here in Nampa, and Quality Service Plumbing has made her dreams come true. Best plumbers in town.

Luke came on short notice to help replace our leaking kitchen sink water valve. He was courteous, kind and thoughtful helping us as we installed our new dishwasher. His prices were reasonable for the service provided. Feel like we finally found a honest plumber that doesn’t think he’s a god and charge ridiculous prices.

Jeff has great knowledge and expertise when he performed the repair on the main sewer drain elbow connection pipe that drains to the outside of my basement. He had the correct tools available to perform the repair efficiently.
