I had an excellent experience with Steve when he came to my home for some plumbing work. He was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly and even took care of a few extra details without being asked. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a dependable and professional plumber!

My experience was really good. Everyone was very nice and helpful setting up the meeting. The installer Kyle was excellent and explained everything he was doing. He did a great job. I was shocked at the price but I guess that’s the way it is now when you have someone else do the work for you.

Jim helped us with several issues as we moved into our new-to-us aging home. He was knowledgeable and went the extra mile by explaining how to monitor a water heater’s expansion tank, explaining where to use different types of caulk, and the merits of tub fixture versus diverter replacement. Master Plumbing’s prices beat the competition, and Jim was great to work with. I’ll be requesting him whenever we have another plumbing need.

Kyle V came to our Boise rental to check out a leaking water heater. He called me with the issue, gave me my options, and quickly completed the work I chose to have done. My tenant was pleased with Kyle's work ethic and his professionalism. I would definitely call Master Plumber again!

Beacon Plumbing was suppose to be here this morning between 8-10am. Never showed. When I called, they had an emergency and would come by this afternoon (no concern for my time). I said forget it and called Master Plumbing. They came a few hours later and did exceptional work in a very reasonable amount of time. I thought I was going to have to buy a new toilet but they got it working as if brand new. Saved me money and I feel so much better about the whole day. 🙏🏼

Kyle at Master Plumbing is fantastic. He was sent out today to do the final part of a water repair incident caught two months ago also by Master Plumbing.

Not only was Kyle prompt and on time, he gave me a heads up when he was on the way. I asked for a little extra to be done while he was here (replacing a shark bite fitting another company installed) and without hesitation he made a trip to the store and got the exact pieces i was needing.

The work he did was spot on. Both my water heater and softener have been reinstalled on the platform they originally were on. With the leak, I ended up buying a new water softener and Kyle helped transfer some of the top layer of salt to the new unit from the old one until i can pick up more salt. He did a great job also securing the drain lines for the Water softener and Heater. I am also able to actually reach my main water shut off valve behind the unit now with the placement he did for the units. He also was able to take my old water softener to dispose of.

My hot water heater was not heating up the water and within a couple of hours after calling proficient plumbing service was at my house. Show me what was wrong. The part that needs to be replaced and the cost and took care of it. The same day within two hours I had hot water.

Proficient Plumbing Service was friendly, efficient and very polite. I had a sewage smell coming from somewhere outside or inside my house. They did a very thorough investigation of what it could be. I would definitely call this local plumber again for any plumbing related. They were every bit as good as the multiple people that recommended them to me said they would be.

I called with a problem and Carson and his trainee were able to come out same day. They took care of my problem, were very nice and professional. Very meticulous and beautiful work. Comes with a year warrenty. Not sure if the price was good as I had no other estimate but seemed fair to me. I will definitely use them again. This is an after photo. Nice and neat.

Sean and his partner arrived on time as scheduled. He explained the issue in plain language. He looked at the problem and seemed very confident he could make the repair with the estimate they gave. He and his partner replaced the broken disposal, replaced all plumbing attached to the disposal, then replaced a broken bathroom lavatory faucet, the supply lines, and the lavatory drain. The repairs were completed quickly and everything works perfectly now. Literally, the only reason I can give them five stars is because I’m not allowed to give them six! They were prompt, professional, and honest. Carson explained what was happening and gave me my options, which included doing nothing. That also came with potential risks, which he also explained. Ultimately I chose to replace the equipment and again Carson fully explained my options. He was efficient and finished the job quickly.
