Proficient Carson Sargent of Proficient Plumbing Service was very professional, friendly, and skilled at diagnosing the kitchen sink leak issue. He provided three options on how to fix the problem and since our sink is almost eight years old we went with the option to replace everything including upgrading the disposal. Usually we get more estimates, but we were very comfortable with Carson and felt that he was fair and reasonable with his estimates. Before leaving, he triple-checked his work to make sure no further leaks were detected. He recommended we have our sink mount checked as it may be slipping from its hold. He also checked the moisture on the particle board and recommended we get that repaired as it showed high moisture. We highly recommend this local plumber due to his meticulous attention to detail and we believe we have a friendly, reliable and efficient plumbing company to contact for any future emergencies.

12/16 Carson came, accompanied by Dillon; they completed an annual house wide inspection of plumbing. They were efficient, thorough, and provided results of the survey. They answered questions about maintenance and possible addition of sink.
As always, the crew was friendly and helpful. Although it was a service call it felt more like friends visiting. And Mozzie, my dog loved the attention!
