I had a couple of bad experiences with plumbers in the valley before including outrageous upselling to disinterest in solving my problem. But Proficient Plumbing was refreshing in their straight forward service. I called to get an estimate and they were able to fix my hose bib issue the same day. Carson did the repairs and he was very knowledgeable. I was able to ask questions and relayed information previous plumbers had told me before and responded to everything and gave intelligent answers. The price for repair was also pretty reasonable. Overall great experience.

Carson from proficient plumbing is a great plumber and came to the rescue when I tried to tackle the job myself and failed. I appreciate his honesty, professionalism and personality. I will be using this company from now on! Great work at a fair price!

5/5 stars – We called Proficient Plumbing Service after I got something stuck in the garbage disposal and it was frozen. The plumbers gave us options... either try to repair or just replace. Since our disposal was so old, we opted for a replacement. Great choice! The work was finished quickly and efficiently, and the price was fair. We appreciated that they gave us some diy tips before coming out in the first place. Those failed so thankfully, Sean and Dillon were able to make it out the same day (Thanksgiving Eve)! We appreciate the reliable service and clear communication. They are and will remain our go to plumbers. Thank you for all of your help!

The work was done efficiently and the whole experience felt valuable. I would definitely call them the best local plumber for any plumbing services.

I think I had a bit of a unique situation with some old pipe that was at risk along with some original plumbing that just had never worked right with the recirculation system. Carson and Dylan spent nearly 2 hours assessing and diagnosing the problems before we started the work and provided options and prices and expert guidance with something as complicated as this. It was really nice to work with such competent professional folks that I could trust. BTW, I said the price was great at a different spot in this review. I think in general, their pricing is very reasonable. This time I think I had a great deal because they had to do so much work in the diagnosis phase that I don’t think they charged me for at all.

I had a couple of leaks under my kitchen sink that I couldn't solve on my own. Andrew from Plumbing Solutions provided prompt, friendly, thorough, and professional service. With my approval, he replaced five valves to fix leaks and preempt more leaks, and also discovered and fixed a leaky valve on my water heater. He also contacted a restoration company on my behalf to assess the damage caused by the leaks. Although I'm a bit poorer now, it was totally worth it to have a professional like Andrew perform these repairs. Plumbing Solutions of Idaho is now in my contact list should I need help in the future. I recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have!

I called Plumbing Solutions Sunday night and was given the option to pay an emergency fee or wait until morning. Tom came out first thing this morning and had us up and running in about an hour. I appreciated his knowledge of the issue and his effort and time to fix it.

Tom was quick to determine what caused our flood. He quickly removed our toilet and got down to business. When he cleared the blockage in our mainline, he cleaned up the area and got the toilet up and running.
I do appreciate Tom getting out here as soon as he finished up the call before ours. He was polite and friendly. Thank you Tom for your professionalism on that not so great day.

Greg and Trevor were fast and competent with a complicated repair. Greg thoroughly communicated everything they needed to do, and even managed an unexpected complication calmly, without charging us for the extra work. Absolutely recommend them for whatever you need. They’ll be our go-to from now on.

I came home to a pipe spraying water all of the garage. I called plumbing solutions and they were out quickly and repaired my pipe.

The technician was helpful and provided several options to complete the job within my budget.
