They came out twice to diagnose the issue, worked with the manufacturer of our old water heater to help us on warranty coverage, and then installed a new water heater and softner. Our technician (Tom's) quality of workmanship was fantastic and I'd highly recommend him.

We had Plumbing Solutions of Idaho install a reverse osmosis and whole-home filtration system, and the improvement has been amazing.

Our children previously struggled with frequent eczema flare-ups, and my wife often had burning, itchy skin after hot baths. After the installation, skin irritation noticeably improved, flare-ups decreased, and bath time is no longer uncomfortable.

The Plumbing  solutions of Idaho team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, including concerns about microplastics and PFAs. No pressure — just excellent service.

I was referred to Plumbing Solutions by another plumbing company that couldn't get to me for a while. They were able to schedule me the next morning. I was thinking that we just needed some maintenance done, and was shocked to hear the recommendation was to replace to toilets. Wasn't quite planning for that, so there was a little sticker shock. Hadn't researched costs, but went ahead to save time in my busy schedule. Tom was pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently to get all 3 toilets replaced. He happily had no problem with my request to change out the flush handles so our hardware still matched with the rest of the bathrooms.

We had a toilet that was rocking as well as it was time to replace it, so, I called on a Saturday and was surprised that they had an answering system on the weekend. The answering system set us an appointment for Monday morning, and I was impressed they could come so soon. Evening just went up from there. Tom shows up at 8:30 am Monday morning and evaluates our situation. He showed us a price that was more than reasonable to fix the problem and replace our toilet. Less than an hour later, he comes back with the toilet and gets to work. Even though the people that originally put our toilet in had done it in an awkward way, Tom was able to remedy the problem that was causing our toilet to rock. He also picked this out. Beautiful toilet is much better than the one that we had before. Not only any replace it, but he cleaned up everything around it from the removing the other toilet. I am 100% satisfied, and will call them next time. We have any plumbing issue! These guys are awesome, respectful, and just all around do a great job

I am very pleased with this service . Nolan was great! He explained everything very thoroughly he helped also with online financial information . He double checked his work as well. Although some communication between staff and technicians could be improved. The work was done within a very short time as well.

Same day non urgent service within 2 hours that I booked. The maze of the new sinks drain system was done So efficiently and well by Tom. He was knowledgeable and also took the time to help me literally chase down my crazy doodle Cooper through the neighborhood when I forgot to close the door! Highest-rated referral possible. I offered a cash tip but he refused. wonderful company to hire such good humans.

Technician, John, can out after hours on Friday and explained to me/ showed me the reason a new water heater was needed. He offered to try to repair it, but I made the decision to replace. He came back with a new Rheem water heater first thing in the morning and got it installed in a timely manner. I really appreciate his easy-going. Professional demeanor and explanations. Plumbing Solutions of idaho has been my favorite plumbing company yet. Fair prices, great service and they provide quotes on the spot so you can approve before work is done or wait if thats better you. As a female often dealing with things on my own it was helpful and reassuring that the company sent the name and photograph of the technician that would be assisting me. They also gave me text updates on their timeline and arrival time. When John arrived he wore shoe covers, was very polite and professional. He explained everything very clearly so i could make the best decision for my family and even showed me videos of the pipes he examined. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

Dylan and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had a tricky project in a 100-year-old home that involved installing a tankless water heater and relocating a washer and dryer to another room. Many plumbers I’d contacted before were quick to discourage the ideas or overcomplicate the costs, but Dylan approached everything with patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in helping me find the right solution.

She took the time to understand what I wanted for my home, walked through different options for water heater placement when the basement plan didn’t pan out, and ultimately came up with a great solution to reroute the plumbing to the main level. The washer/dryer relocation was another complex job, but they handled venting, drainage, and even coordinated an electrician to move the 220V outlet and tidy up a few other electrical issues while he was there.

When a couple of small things came up at the end—like a bit of chipped paint and some scratches on an appliance—they immediately made it right with a discount and clear communication. Throughout the entire process, Dylan was responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. I couldn’t recommend this company more for anyone dealing with tough, older-home projects or looking for a team that truly values problem-solving and customer care

Update: Plumbing Solutions continues to contact me asking for a review, even though I submitted one weeks ago. I eventually had to call them to get the requests to stop.

Note: To any consumer purchasing a brand new CBH home, please (and I cannot stress this enough) ensure that you have your new home inspected thoroughly before taking ownership to ensure that you run into the same issues! Workers, etc. use the toilets even when the water is not actively running and this can be catastrophic to your investment.

Can't say enough good things about this company! My water heater died and Plumbing Solutions was able to come out the next day to look at it. Drew inspected everything and was very upfront about the work that needed to be done. He gave me three repair options with prices and was able to install the same day. I was impressed when the amount i paid was the amount I was quoted. I mean literally down to the penny. There weren't any "surprises" that "had" to be fixed and there was no up-sell, no trying to talk me into more upgrades, etc. Drew was very to the point and matter of fact with everything. He had Jared come help him to get the water heater in quicker. Both plumbers were nice and courteous. They showed me what work needed to be done and why. It was very nice that they explained city codes and the updates needed to pass inspection. I really appreciate them and all their work!

I had a great experience with Plumbing Solutions of Idaho recently. I had an issue with a leaking water heater and called them up. The scheduler was friendly and helpful and they got me scheduled right away. The technician, Drew, went above and beyond the entire time. He showed up promptly and was very knowledgeable about the water heater issues I was experiencing. He gave me his recommendations and pricing on what work needed to be done and explained everything along the way. I was unable to have the work completed that day so he was able to schedule me first thing the next morning to complete it. He showed up on time and worked quickly. He even went out and got an additional part and installed it (when another part needed to be replaced due to the issue my water heater was having) at no additional cost. I appreciated his dedication to doing a good job and waiting to make sure the leak fully stopped after completing all the work. Drew was awesome and we will definitely call Plumbing Solutions in the future!

My sewer was backed up and I couldn't use any water in my house. I called a few places but Plumbing Solutions were going to be the quickest to arrive and on the same day. Drew came out and gave a great price! 1/3 of what I paid 5 years ago when it last backed up so I agreed and they had it done quick. They tested it out and showed a video going down the pipe to show it was now running great. I have a couple dogs and cats which they petted and loved. They were nice and friendly and respectful while here. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them first in the future for any plumbing needs.
