This my 4th post, I have ever done. I only post a recommendation, if services are truly worthy!
I am so thankful that I chose Beacon Plumbing Company to handle my Electric water heater problem.
My call was handled with the upmost professionalism. I couldn’t believe it!!! Less than two hours later, I had Ken and Eric from Beacon plumbing services at my door!!!!
I’m a first time home owner, and a single woman. As I have aged, it’s is difficult to find people, businesses that are honorable, that have a high degree of integrity in the services they offer. I hired a home inspector, and due to some problems now that are arising, I now have to make repairs that he should have had pointed out to me. I noticed water coming from where my electric water heater is located. After having to unscrew the panel and remove it, I saw the problem immediately! I wish I hadn’t deleted the photo of what I saw! A electric water heater, with two copper pipes on the right for the cold and hot water, A plastic pipe coming out of the water heater, where the water was dripping, and no drainage for the water!!!!
The two things that stood out the most, there was no drainage for the water. Worst of all, where you now see the plastic pipe on the left, that Ken & Eric put in, to have water drain out …. just picture that pipe short and just hanging!!!!
After Ken finish examining the electric water heater, he pointed out several problems besides the obvious. As Ken was calculating the cost, I was trying not to have a heart attack on how much this was going to cost!!! I couldn’t believe the quote he gave me for everything that he and Eric were going to do!!! Only $1522.50!!!!
As you could see the pictures, the beautiful work they did. They corrected the pipe that was just hanging (it now drains out), plus an additional drainage pipe and water pan. They put in a new handle to shut off the hot or cold water (The old ones weren’t even working properly, which I didn’t notice). Ken put in an electric shut off box, in case of an emergency, I wouldn’t have to run outside of my house, to my electric panel. Replace temperature and pressure relief valve. Ken also changed the cold water pipe location. Ken, explain to me since I have a closed plumbing system, he added expansion tank.
I appreciated that Ken spent quality time with me, explaining all my questions, and why each unit was important. The additional icing on the cake besides Ken and Eric was the price!!!
I’m the kind of client that once I find a person or company that I can trust and are honorable, they have me as a client forever!!!

Beacon came out and installed a whole house filtration system to our newly constructed home that runs on well water. They were thorough and clean about the install. They made sure it was running smoothly with no leaks before departing. I am very pleased with the results.

The whole team was so helpful, and Chris was able to come out and immediately solve our issue. We'll be using Beacon for anything else that comes up, and I would recommend them to anyone else!

Beacon had just had our water heaters replaced, where one of them was leaking rusty water. They came out the same day, replaced the same day and all is working fine, so when our moisture meter/sump pump alarm went off, we went back to Beacon. Brady came promptly, efficiently diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts and when they arrived, repaired our system. Brady was timely, knowledgeable, efficient and communicated clearly. A pleasure to with and matches our prior experience with Beacon.

Josh was EXCELLENT. He was timely, super friendly, knowledgeable, and was willing to answer 1000 questions. He then completed the job and walked me through what to expect.

Woke up to no heat. Called Beacon and they were able to come out same day and fix the problem. Worked quickly and also diagnosed and fixed an issue with my water heater. Josh did a great job and I would be happy to use them again!

Very nicely done. Everything was very well explained and made sure I understood. I joyed his positive attitude also. Plus, we found out we grew up not too far apart in the same town - just MANY years in between - that was a plus!
