Plumbing Solutions of Idaho was so great to work with. They showed up on time, were knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of rushing through it. I really appreciated that.

What makes them different from other plumbers is how thorough and respectful they are. It never felt rushed or transactional. The technician was clean, efficient, and left everything looking better than when they arrived. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right, not just finishing quickly and moving on.

It is hard to find a plumber you can fully trust, and they definitely earned that trust. Five stars without hesitation.

Discovered a water line leak Mothers Day evening causing damage to our ceiling..called three major plumbing contractors that posted that they had 24 hour emergency response services...only Beacon had a real person answer the line. Technician Brandon was dispatched immediately and efficiently repaired our leaking water line. Other contractors followed up the following morning...but we were already taken care of. I highly recommend their service.

Our water heater stopped working early in the morning, and after figuring out that it wasn't something simple, I called Beacon and they had a technician out that afternoon! Josh was very nice and knowledgeable about our water heater and was able to get it fixed quickly because he had the part we needed on his truck. The fact that they came out so quickly AND prepared was amazing, and we were back up and running with hot water that same afternoon. Kudos to Josh and the Beacon team!

Our experience with Beacon plumbing was excellent. The plumber they sent out named Jonathan Was very professional and did excellent work. We will call Beacon plumbing for any Plumbing work we need in the future. We will specifically request Jonathan to come help us again.

When I called Beacon Plumbing to report a leak in our shower, the lady to whom I spoke was so kind, friendly and helpful. She took my information and assured me that Beacon would take care of our problem. I felt very good about my decision to call Beacon. Later the same day, Josh called to say he would arrive at our home in 45 minutes to one hour, and he did exactly that. He put shoe covers on before entering our home, which I appreciated so much. He diagnosed the leak problem very quickly, installed a new cartridge, and phoned the restoration company. Because Josh was the one phoning the restoration company, the technician from there arrived at our home in 20 minutes. Josh was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. It was a pleasure to meet someone who truly understands his job and performs it so well. From now on, I will always call Beacon when we have plumbing issues.

I had a water leak on a Saturday and they came out and got the repair started. Took a lot of worry away.

We are totally satisfied with the service we received from Beacon Plumbing. We had a new kitchen counter and sink installed. The plumbing had to be all redone as nothing lined up. I sent a message to Beacon late at night and they responded shortly after receiving it. Put us on schedule for the next morning. Great customer service. Robert arrived as planned and did an exceptional job for us. He explained everything he was going to do and asked if I had any questions prior to his work. We would definitely recommend Beacon for your plumbing needs.

Marc & Evan showed up on time to unblock a drain. They quoted me a reasonable price and I let them start on the drain.

They were very courteous, wore shoe covers upon entering the house, and had a firm handshake (something i respect as a Texan living in Idaho for all these years).

What should have been an easy snake job turned into a bigger problem when they found pipe debris was what was causing the blockage. Not only did they fix it, installing new pipe and fittings, they kept the price the same.

These two not only earned my respect but also my repeat business. If all businesses had employees like these two the world would be a much better place.

Brady my Tech was awesome and it was a great experience! Eric his assistant was great as well! Way better than I expected from a Sunday sewer call! The entire interaction with the office and Brady was great and I will be using Beacon again as well as recommending your company!! The office even followed up on Monday to make sure I was well taken care of! Camille in the office had a real interest in how a brand new customer was treated! I’m in with this company!!

Ken, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem we were having. Had good recommendations on how to resolve the problem.

Our toilet was stopped up. I called early afternoon and Chris was able to come the same day and quickly fix the toilet.

Faster service than a fast food drive through. Professinal, knowledgeable, and thorough. When I called the service number I was immediately connected with a live person who took my information and scheduled a same day appointment. Not ten minutes after hanging up with the scheduler I received a call from the technician who had been dispatched and arrived at my door twenty minutes later. Within half hour my toilet had a new fill valve kit and is working properly. The technician went above and beyond expectations and even gave me an estimate on a some day project. Impressive!!!

I highly recommend Beacon Plumbing. Ken did an excellent job for me in diagnosing and clearing a plugged drain field. He was very helpful in explaining what the problem might be, what options were available, what the next steps were, what I could do myself to save on costs and what they would do for me. The office staff let me know when the technicians were expected to be available and let me know if they were running late. The cost was exactly what I was told it would be, which was way better than all the cost over-runs that I was hit with by another company that pumped my septic tank previously. I definitely plan to have Beacon Plumbing help me with any future needs.
